ارتباط تعهد سازماني و سازمان يادگيرنده در اداره كل ورزش و جوانان غرب ايران

Relationship between organizational commitment and learning organization in sport and youth head offices of western provinces of Iran

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تعيين ارتباط بين تعهد سازماني و سازمان يادگيرنده در ادارات كل ورزش و جوانان غرب ايران بود. حجم نمونه آماري 130 نفر بود كه با روش نمونه-گيري تصادفي طبقه اي و جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده، پرسش‌نامه هاي ابعاد سازمان يادگيرنده مارسيك و واتكينز و تعهد سازماني آلن و مي ير بودند. پايايي اين دو پرسش‌نامه به ترتيب 966/0 و 883/0 برآورد و روايي آن‌ها توسط 5 نفر از اساتيد متخصص مديريت ورزشي تاييد شد. روش پژوهش، توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي بود كه به صورت ميداني اجرا شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از آزمون هاي كلموگروف اسميرونف، ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون گام به گام استفاده گرديد. يافته ها نشان داد بين سازمان يادگيرنده و تعهد سازماني، همبستگي بالا و معناداري وجود دارد (499/0r=) و (001/0P=). از بين ابعاد تعهد سازماني، تنها ارتباط سازمان يادگيرنده با تعهد مستمر معنادار نبود (156/0r=) و (084/0P=). بر اساس آناليز واريانس و تحليل رگرسيون، بالاترين ضريب اصلاح شده در مدل چهارم بين يادگيري تيمي و تعهد سازماني (383/0=B) و كمترين ضريب اثر در مدل پنجم بين گفتگو و تبادل نظر و تعهد سازماني (247/0- =B) به دست آمد. با توجه به ضريب تعيين محاسبه شده، مدل هفتم (هفت بعد سازمان يادگيرنده) با 1/28 درصد و مدل اول (گفتگو و تبادل نظر) با 4/10 درصد، به تربيب بيشترين و كمترين ميزان از واريانس تعهد سازماني را تبيين كردند. در نهايت با توجه به نتايج مي توان پيشنهاداتي را به مسيولين محترم وزارت و مديران اداره‌هاي كل ورزش و جوانان در راستاي افزايش تعهد كارمندان ارايه نمود.

The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and learning organization among employees of sport and youth head offices of west of Iran. The sample was determined using Morgan’s Table (n=130) people that were selected using stratified sampling. We used two questionnaires including learning organization of ʹWatkins and Marsickʹ and organizational commitment of ʹAllen and Meyerʹ. The face and content validity of questionnaires were confirmed with 5 experts and professors in the sports management field, and Cronbachʹs alpha reliability test of learning organization and organizational commitment were 0.96 and 0.88, respectively. This was a cross sectional study design. Kolmogorov Smirnoff, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression were used to analyze data. The findings showed; there are high and significant correlation between learning organization and organizational commitment (r= 0/499) and (P =-0/001). Among organizational commitment dimensions, only the relationship between learning organization and continuous commitment was not significant(r=0/156), (P=0/084). Based on ANOVA and regression analysis the highest of standardized coefficient in the fourth model, between» team learning« and »organizational commitment» (B=0/383) and the lowest effect coefficient of in the fifth model, between »dialogue» and »organizational commitment« variables (B=-0/247), was obtained. With regard to calculated coefficient of determination, seventh model (seven dimensions of learning organization) with 28/1 percent and the first model (dialogue) with 10/4 percent, respectively explained the highest and lowest rate of organizational commitment« variance. Finally with regard to results we can present some suggestions to the administration of ministry and management of Youth and Sports departments to strengthen employeesʹ commitment.
