ابعاد و مولفه‌هاي امنيتِ فرهنگي از منظر امام خميني(ره)

Dimensions and constituents of cultural security from Imam Khomeini (blessed be his soul) perspective

امنيت، از ضروريات رشد و توسعه‌ي حيات بشر و داراي ابعاد متنوع است. در اين مقاله به امنيتِ فرهنگي كه اساسي‌ترين بعد امنيت است، پرداخته ‌شده است. امنيتِ فرهنگي از پيچيده‌ترين مفاهيم و با تعاريف متنوع است. در اين مقاله با انتخاب تعريف سلبي و ايجابي از واژه‌ي‌ امنيت، فرهنگ و تركيب امنيتِ فرهنگي اين مفاهيم را به روش تحليلِ محتوا با اين سوال كه ابعاد و مولفه‌هاي امنيت فرهنگي در آثار امام خميني (ره) چيست؟ دنبال كرده‌ايم. امام (ره) در نگاه انسان شناختي معتقد به وجود دو فطرت روحاني و طبيعي و دو گروه از قواي عقل و جهل در انسان است و باطن انسان را منشا همه‌ي رفتارهاي انسان مي‌داند و انسان را تربيت پذير و اسلام را كامل‌ترين آموزه براي تربيت انسان مي‌داند. امام، فرهنگ را اساس جامعه، و همه‌ي امور جامعه را وابسته به آن مي‌داند و فطرت طبيعي و قواي جهل را تهديدكننده‌ي همه‌ي ابعاد از جمله فرهنگ، مي‌داند و مظاهر بيروني تهديدات را تابعي از درون انسان بر مي‌شمرد و در مقابل، فطرت روحاني و قواي عقل را تامين كننده‌ي امنيت فرهنگ معرفي مي‌كند. لذا براي تامين امنيت فرهنگي، بر اصلاح دروني تاكيد دارند و اقدامات سلبي و ايجابي دروني را بر اقدامات بيروني، ارجح مي‌داند.

Security is of requirements of humanity life progress and development and has various dimensions. This article proceeds with cultural security that is the most important dimension of security. Cultural security is a very complex concept and has various definitions. Terms of security, culture and cultural security followed with the method of content analysis, and this question that which are the dimension and constituents of cultural security in Imam Khomeini (blessed be his soul) works. Imam Khomeini (blessed be his soul) defined two nature of spiritual and natural and two groups of forces of wisdom and ignorance for human being and indicated the nature of human being as the source of human behaviors and Islam as the most complete teachings for humanity education. Imam considered the culture as the foundation of society and said all affairs of society are associated with culture. He viewed natural nature and forces of ignorance as a threat to all dimensions including culture. Imam counted external symbol of threats as a subordinate of inside the human and likewise counted spiritual nature and wisdom forces as the cultural security provider. Therefore, for providing cultural security stresses on internal improvement.
