Design to Improve the Safety on Urban Pedestrian Walkways with Application of Road Safety Inspection

شهرها در گذشته از قابليت پياد ه مداري بالايي برخوردار بوده و پياد هروي به عنوان اصل يترين الگوي جابه جايي مردم در داخل كانون هاي زيستي به دليل ك مهزينه بودن يا د ردسترس بودن آسان براي كليه اقش ??ار جامعه به ش ??مار م يرفت كه به دنبال انقلاب صنعتي و س ??لطه خودرو در شه رها موضوع عابر پياده به فراموش ??ي س ??پرده شد. امروزه، در سياس ??ت هاي برنام هريزي شهري به دنبال تقو ??يت محي طه ??اي پياده و از بين بردن موانعي هس ??تيم كه توانايي ما را براي پياد هروي آس ??ان و ايمن، محدود ميك‌ند. در اين پژوهش س ??عي بر اين بوده ابتدا با اتكا به بررس ??ي هاي اسنادي برخي ويژگ يهاي كلي ش ??هر قزوين و مرحله ش ??ناخت پياده راه هاي درو نش ??هري با توجه به موضوع، طراحي پياده راه شهري در جهت ارتقاي ايمني عابران پياده با استفاده از بازرسي ايمني پياده را ههاي درو نش ??هري صورت گيرد . هدف از تهيه اين پژوهش، شناس ??ايي و گزار شدهي مشكلات تهديد كننده ايمني عابران پياده راه ها در شهر قزوين، افزايش راحتي و ايمني هر چه بيشتر عابران پياده در معاب ??ر در هنگام روز و ش ??ب وكمك به طراحي، اجرا و بهره ب ??رداري پروژ هها به ايم نترين حالت ممكن بوده و در نتيجه با تعريف سياست و راهبردهايي در جهت ايمني عابران پياده به ارايه بهترين گزينه ايمني عابران پياده دست يافته ايم.

In the past cities had more walkability and walking which was the main type of moving people in biological centers because it was cheap and easily accessible for all people of community but after industrial revolution and cars dominating the issue of pedestrian has been forgotten in the world. Today in urban planning policy we are looking for the ways to improve walkways and remove barriers that limit easy and safe walking. In this paper first of all we used documents to recognize the issue better, then our purpose is being cleared and it has been assessed in according to theories about the issue and had been used in clarification Theoretical Framework. In this paper we used documents to study the general characteristics of Qazvin city and according to The purpose of this paper, identifying and reporting the problems that are threatening the safety of pedestrian in Qazvin city, and increasing the relaxation and safety of pedestrian in walkways during the days and nights and helps to design, perform and operating the project in order to have the safe ways so that with the definition policy and strategies in pedestrian safety we found the best choice of pedestrian safety
