Political Security in Islam

امنيت از نيازهاي اوليه فرد و جامعه انساني است و امنيت سياسي از مهم‌ترين مباحث فلسفه سياسي در اسلام است. به همين دليل اغلب مكاتب در علوم انساني به اين نياز اساسي بشر پرداخته‌ و سعي نموده‌اند زوايا و وجوه مختلف اين مفهوم به ظاهر ساده ولي در عين حال بسيار پيچيده را روشن نمايند. اسلام به عنوان دين كامل و مكتب حيات‌بخش به اين نياز حياتي انسان توجه نموده است. روش اين تحقيق، كيفي و نوع تحقيق، بنيادي و نظري است كه ازطريق مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي انجام گرديد. در اين روش با مطالعه كتاب‌ها، مقالات و تحقيقات و به‌ويژه با رجوع به قرآن كريم و نهج‌البلاغه (منبع دست اول) آيات و روايات مرتبط با موضوع گردآوري و با استفاده از ترجمه (منابع دست دوم) مفهوم و معاني آيات استنباط و سپس در متن مورد بررسي و تبيين قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتايج پژوهش، از ديد سياست و حاكميت، اسلام ضمن تاييد روابط و احترام متقابل ملت و دولت، معتقد است با حفظ انسجام داخلي، پيروي از ولي فقيه، نفي سلطه و حفظ عزت اسلامي و ملي، وفاداري به آرمان‌ها، بصيرت و هوشياري در مقابل توطيه‌ها و خطرهاي بيگانگان، مردم نيز بايستي از دين و كشور دفاع نمايند. از زاويه جامعه‌شناسي سياسي (كه تبيين‌كننده روابط شهروندان با حاكمان است) اسلام ضمن تاكيد بر حقوق متقابل زمامداران و مردم، معتقد است شهروندان در جامعه ديني برخوردار از كرامت انساني، داراي آزادي و حق انتخاب و نقش‌آفرين در اداره امور جامعه و سرنوشت خويش هستند و قوام و استمرار حيات نظام ديني را نقش‌آفريني فعال مردم در حيات سياسي جامعه مي‌داند.

Security is from the primitive needs for individual and human society and political security is one of the most important topics of political philosophy in Islam. Therefore, most of ideologies in human sciences has engaged in this human’s basic need and tried to clarify the different angels and aspects of this apparently simple but very complicated subject. Islam as a complete religion and a life-giving doctrine has observed this human’s vital need. It is a quality research and the kind of research is basic and theoretical that was done through library studies. In this method, through studying books, articles, and researches and especially through referring to holly Quran and Nahj-ol-Balagheh (first hand resource) we collected the verses and anecdotes related to the subject and through using translation (second hand resources) we comprehended the meaning and senses of verses then we analyzed and studied that in the text. According to the research results, the viewpoint of policy and government, Islam while confirming the mutual relations and respect between nation and government, believes that through preserving internal consistency, following ValiFaghih, negating dominance, and preserving Islamic and national dignity, loyalty to the ideals, insight and alertness against foreignersʹ conspiracies and dangers, also people should defend religion and country. From the angle of political sociology (that is clarifying the citizenʹs relations with governors) Islam, while emphasizing the mutual rights of governors and people, believes that citizens in religious society are benefiting human magnanimity, have freedom and right to elect and play role in managing the affairs of society and their destiny and consider the solidity and continuity of the life of religions system in peopleʹs active role in political life.
