The place of security in cyber space

امنيت، مبحثي كاملاً پيچيده، ولي با اصولي ساده است. در بسياري از مواقع، همين سادگي اصول هستند كه ما را دچار گمراهي كرده و دورنماي فعاليت‌هاي ما را از لحاظ سهولت و اطمينان، در سايه‌اي از ابهام فرو مي‌برند. صادقانه بايد گفت كه امنيت يك پردازش چند لايه است. تعيين نوع و نحوه تلفيق لايه‌هاي دفاعي مورد نياز، فقط پس از تكميل ارزيابي قابل ارايه است. مديريت اطلاعات امروزه به مفهومي پيچيده تبديل شده، زيرا اطلاعات موجود حجمي ناباورانه به‌خود گرفته و روز‌به‌روز بر اين حجم افزوده مي‌شود. همه ما با اصطلاحاتي چون «انفجار دانش» يا «انفجار اطلاعات» كم و بيش آشنا هستيم. اين پديده، واقعيت بزرگي است كه منشا تحولات بوده و حتي انقلابي عظيم در عرصه حيات بشري ايجاد كرده است. ناگفته پيداست كه حجم وسيع‌تر اطلاعات، بايد منجر به عملكرد بهينه‌تر، هوشمندانه‌تر و با سرعت بيشتر گردد. بنابراين، با توجه به نگرش فوق و جايگاه امنيت در فضاي سايبر، پژوهش حاضر با اشاره به تعاريف كارآمد، كارايي و بهره‌وري امنيت در مقابله با تهديدها در فضاي سايبر پرداخته و در جهت پاسخگويي به اين سوال است كه در فضاي سايبر، به چه اندازه امنيت مورد تهديد قرار مي‌گيرد؟ براي پاسخگويي به اين مهم، از روش كاربردي و ابزار جمع‌آوري كتابخانه‌اي استفاده شده است. نتايج به دست آمده، حاكي از آن است كه توسعه خدمات الكترونيك در كشور نظير؛ دولت الكترونيك، بانكداري الكترونيك، تجارت الكترونيك، آموزش الكترونيك و ساير خدمات اين‌چنيني، لزوم ايجاد امنيت تخصصي در فضاي سايبر را براي تامين امنيت و مقابله با جرايمي كه در اين فضا به وقوع مي‌پيوندند را آشكار مي‌كند.

Security is a completely complex issue, but with simple basics. In many times, this simplicity of basics misleads us and covers the future view of our activities in regard to easiness and assurance with doubt. We should honestly say that security is a multi-layer process. Determining the kind and method of combining the needed protective layers is presentable just after completing the evaluation. Information management has today changed into a complex issue, because the volume of present information has an unbelievable size and its volume is daily increasing. All of us are less or more familiar with terms such as "knowledge explosion" or "Information explosion". This phenomenon is a big reality that has been the source of evolutions and even caused a great revolution in the arena of human’s life. Unsaid, it is apparent that more expansive volume of Information should result in more optimal and thoughtful function with more speed. Therefore, according to the above viewpoint and the place of security in the cyber space, present study indicating functional explanations concentrates on the functionality and fruition of security in confrontation with threats in cyber space and tries to answer this question that how much the security in cyber space is threatened? To answer this question, we used applied method and library collection tool. The gained results state that the development of electronic services in country like; electronic government, electronic banking, electronic business, electronic training and other similar services reveals the necessity of establishing professional security in cyber space to provide security and combating the crimes done in this space.
