Rozat al-Anwar Abbasi,ethical regulations of governorsʹʹ behavior in Safavi period

«روضه الانوار عباسي» يكي از برجسته ترين آثار اخلاقي است كه در زمينه حكمت عملي و در ادامه سنت سياست نامه نويسي فارسي در زمان شاه عباس دوم تاليف شده است. صاحب اين اثر ملا محمد باقر سبزواري(م.1090ه.ق)، امام جمعه و شيخ الاسلام بزرگ عهد صفوي است كه اثر خود را در تداوم سلسله تاريخي آثار به وجود آمده در زمينه حكمت عملي مدون كرده است."سياست مدن" به عنوان بخشي از حكمت عملي و البته در انطباق با شريعت اسلام، اساسي ترين بخش روضه الانوار را تشكيل مي دهد. هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر، معرفي روضه الانوار عباسي به عنوان مهمترين نصيحه الملوك عهد صفوي و تبيين جايگاه اخلاقي "حاكم" به عنوان اساسي ترين شخصيت موجود در اين اثر ارزشمند است. از آنجا كه حاكم و حكومت اخلاق مدار، مي تواند يكي از بن مايه هاي مهم ادب تعليمي فارسي در هر دوره اي محسوب مي شود، توجه به جايگاه خاص حاكم و حكومت در اين اثر ارزشند تعليمي و بررسي تطبيقي آن با برخي از آراي خواجه نظام الملك توسي و فارابي، حايز اهميت است هدف از اين بررسي تبيين جايگاه حقيقي روضه الانوار عباسي در سنت اخلاق نامه نويسي ايران است.

"Rozat al-anwarAbbasi" is one of the most outstanding ethical works that has been written about practical wisdom and in continuing the custom of Persian policy writing in Shah Abbas II period. Owner of this work is "Mulla Mohammad BagherSabzawari", Imam Jomeh and the great Sheikh al-Islam in Safavid period, who compiled his work in continuing historical series of created works in the field of practical philosophy. "Urban policy" as a part of practical philosophy and of course in conformity with Islamic law constitutes the main part of Rozat al-anwar. The main purpose of the present study is an introduction to Rozat al-anwarAbbasi as the most important book given some advices to kings in Safavid period and explaining the ethical position of "governor" as the most significant character in this valuable work. As governor and ethical government can be considered as one of the main themes of Persian didactic literature in each period, considering the particular position of governor and government in this valuable didactic work and its comparative investigation with some opinions of KhajeNizam al-mulkTousi and Farabi is important. The purpose of this study is the explanation of real position of Rozat al-anwarAbbasi in the custom of writing ethical works in Iran.
