مطالعات بين‌المللي در ايران: مطالعه موردي مقاله‌هاي مجله دانشكده حقوق و علوم سياسي دانشگاه تهران

INTERNATIONAL STUDIES IN IRAN: A STUDY ON ARTICLES PUBLISHED IN THE JOURNAL OF FACULTY OF LAW AND POLITICAL SCIENCE, UNIVERSITY OF TEHRAN

بررسي و ارزيابي رشته روابط بين‌الملل همواره نگاه ‌انديشمندان و پژوهشگران اين رشته را در سراسر جهان به خود جلب كرده است. از ابعاد مهم اين ارزيابي، توليد دانش بومي روابط بين‌الملل است كه افزون‌بر انديشمندان اين حوزه، توجه سياست‌گذاران را هم به خود معطوف داشته است. در ايران نيز در سال‌هاي اخير لزوم توجه به دانش بومي روابط بين‌الملل احساس شده است. هدف اين مقاله، بررسي وضعيت پژوهش در رشته روابط بين‌الملل در ايران است و البته چارچوب داده‌هاي آن، محدودتر از كل توليدات و محدود به آثار منتشرشده در مجله دانشكده حقوق و علوم سياسي دانشگاه تهران در فاصله زماني سال‌هاي 1349 تا 1390ش است. پژوهش حاضر با بررسي مقاله‌هاي منتشرشده در مجله دانشكده حقوق و علوم سياسي دانشگاه تهران، در پي يافتن تصويري كلي از وضعيت مقاله‌هاي منتشرشده در دو بخش خصوصيات دانش‌پژوهي و ويژگي‌هاي پژوهشگران است. يافته‌هاي اين مقاله نشان مي‌دهد كه حوزه ويژه‌اي از دانش و دسته خاصي از پژوهشگران در آثار منتشرشده در مجله دانشكده حقوق و علوم سياسي دانشگاه تهران سهم بيشتري دارند.

As an indicator of the general conditions of research and publication in International Relations in Iran, this article has taken the articles published in the Journal of Faculty of Law and Political Science (JFLPS), the University of Tehran. As the oldest academic journal in the field of Political Science and International Relations in Iran, the articles published by JFLPS can give a portrait of what has been going in the field during the last four decades. The articles published in this journal from 1970 to 2011 have been studied in two major aspects: scholarship and scholars’ characteristics. The findings show how scholars/authors are distributed in terms of academic position, gender, degree, institutional affiliation, and departments. They also show the distribution of various issues, geographical locations, methods, and types of articles. Some hypotheses are suggested to explain the findings and some institutional modifications have been proposed to improve the existing conditions of publication in the field.
