تشريح ويژگي‎هاي شناختي شغل اپراتور مركز كنترل ترافيك شهري و توصيف مراحل اجراي تكنيك CWA (Analysis Cognitive Work)

Cognitive characteristics of the operator of urban traffic control center and framework of Cognitive Work Analysis (CWA)

مقدمه: ترافيك يكي از مشكلات اجتماعي در جوامع امروزي و در شهرهاي بزرگ مي‌باشد. براي مهار ترافيك، علاوه بر گشايش راه‌ها، نياز به فرهنگ‌سازي و نيز استفاده از روش‌هاي هوشمند مي‌باشد، بدين سبب سيستم‌هاي كنترل ترافيك شهري ابداع گرديده است. وظايف اپراتورهاي اين مراكز براي مديريت ترافيك، شامل فرآيندهاي شناختي گوناگون است. تجزيه و تحليل كار شناختي (analysis cognitive work) براي تجزيه و تحليل اين سيستم‎هاي كاري، با هدف بهبود طراحي سيستم، به عنوان يك چارچوب، در اين مطالعه معرفي شده است. روش انجام كار: تجزيه و تحليل كار شناختي (CWA)، محدوديت‎هاي سيستم را از طريق پنج فاز شناسايي مي‎كند، كه در ابتدا با تحليل قلمرو‎كاري آغاز و بعد از تحليل وظيفه، تحليل استراتژي و بررسي همكاري‎ها و سازمان‎هاي اجتماعي، با شناسايي صلاحيت‎هاي لازم پرسنل به پايان مي‎رسد. يافته‎ها: نتايج اين مطالعه شامل: طرح كلي مراحل اجراي تكنيك CWA، تحليل قلمرو كاري، نردبان تصميم، جزييات مربوط به شاخص‌هاي سطوح مرتبط، استراتژي‎هاي موجود، نقشه جريان اطلاعات (IFM)، نقشه جريان اطلاعات (IFM) براي چارچوب‎بندي تحليل اجتماعي سازمان، و تجزيه و تحليل شايستگي شخص، مي‎باشد. بحث و نتيجه‌گيري: نتيجه اين پژوهش مي‎تواند جهت گزينش و آموزش اپراتورهاي مركز كنترل ترافيك استفاده گردد، چرا كه به‎كارگيري تجهيزات مدرن در امر كنترل ترافيك نيازمند پرسنل مجرب و با توانمندي‎هاي شناختي مي‎باشد، در غير اين‎صورت موجب به هدر رفتن سرمايه و انرژي سازمان‎ها خواهد بود. هرچه تصميمات اپراتور بيشتر وابسته به پردازش اطلاعات باشد، توانايي‎هاي شناختي اپراتور نيز بايد بيشتر باشد. فرآيندهاي شناختي كاوش ديداري(visual search)، حل مسيله و زمان‌سنجي از ويژگي‎هاي شناختي لازم براي تصدي اين شغل است.

Introduction: As the traffic is one of the most common social troubles in big cities, widen the roads; culture and using the intelligent methods are using to control the traffic. Therefore, the traffic control systems are innovated. These system operators have to do many cognitive jobs to manage these systems. CWA as a framework to improve the design of these systems has introduced in this paper to analyze them. Material and Methods: CTA recognizes the restrictions of system throughout the 5 phases that begin with work domain analysis and ends in necessary personal qualification. Task analysis, strategy analysis and investigating the cooperation and organizations are between paces, respect. Results: the results of this investigation consist of outline of the technique CWA, work domain analysis, decision ladders, details of relevant indicators, strategies, Information Flow Map (IFM), to frame the social organization and cooperation, and worker qualification analysis. Conclusion: The results of this study may used in selection and training the mentioned systems operators. The main reason is to use the experienced staff with high cognitive abilities in working with these systems. Otherwise, it can result in waste the organization money and energy. The operator decision making is more dependent on the information process, the operator also needs to have higher cognitive abilities. Strong visual search, timing and problem solving are perquisites of this job opportunity.
