تعميم كاربرد قابليت اطمينان در شبكه هاي توليد صنعتي به مباحث برونسپاري در سازمان

Investigating Performance of Simple Linear Profiles Monitoring Schemes in Two stage Processes

ضرورت تشكيل شبكه هاي توليد صنعتي در دنياي نوين امروزي بر كسي پوشيده نيست، چون در صنايع نوين امروزي بيشتر از گذشته با تنوع و تعدد سفارشات مشتريان رو به رو هستيم. از سوي ديگر با توجه به محدوديت منابع و رقابت فشرده، موضوع بهره وري در خطوط توليد از اهميت شايان توجه برخوردار شده است. يكي از بهترين و مطمين ترين شيوه هاي بهره مندي بهينه از خطوط توليد به منظور حصول اطمينان از بهره وري در تشكيلات صنعتي جديد، ارزيابي قابليت اطمينان در شاخه هاي شبكه هاي تامين عوامل برون سازماني است كه به دليل صرفه جويي در زمان و هزينه همچنين قرار دادن توان سازمان اصلي در مسير توليد محصولات استراتژيك، جايگزين شبكه هاي توليد معمول شده اند. در اين پژوهش با تعميم كاربرد منطق الگوي قابليت اطمينان در شبكه هاي توليد اصلي به شبكه هاي تامين برونسپاري شده، بدنبال مطالعه الگوهاي ارايه شده از سوي محققين در خطوط توليد داراي عمليات دوباره كاري و نيز چندگانه موازي، و تعميم آن به شبكه هاي تامين كنندگان برون سازماني هستيم. نتايج اين تحقيق علاوه بر ايجاد اطمينان در بهينه سازي آرايش تامين كنندگان برونسپاري شده، در فرايند تصميم گيري هاي مديران عملياتي سازمان ها براي تامين با بهره وري بالا نقش بسزايي ايفا خواهد نمود. در پايان نيز از جمع بندي نظرات كارشناسان و مديران يك صنعت دفاعي نمونه در مورد ارزيابي به كارگيري تكنيك قابليت اطمينان در شبكه هاي تامين دفاعي برونسپاري شده به روش پيمايشي اين نتيجه حاصل است كه بيشترين تاثير انجام چنين كاري در پيشرفت كلي سازمان و كمترين تاثير آن در كاهش هزينه ها خواهد بود.

The necessity of industrial manufacturing networks in the modern world is not hidden from anyone, because most of the past with modern industries face a diversity of customer order. Due to limited resources and intense competition on the other hand, the productivity of the manufacturing lines is remarkable importance. One of the best and most reliable methods of manufacturing lines in order to ensure the productivity of the new industrial organization, is assessment of reliability in branches of supply networks of external factors that due to time and cost savings also put the organization on the path of manufacturing of strategic products, have replaced with conventional manufacturing. In this research with generalization of application of logic of main manufacturing networks to outsourced supply networks want to follow to study presented models by researchers in manufacturing lines with reworking and manufacturing lines of multiple parallel, and generalization to outsourced supply networks. The results of this study, in addition to ensuring the optimized arrangement of outsourced supply networks, to operational managers in the decision-making process for the manufacturing of high productivity organizations will play an important role. Finally, the concluding comments of the sample defense industry experts and managers about assessing of application of reliability technique in outsourced defense supply networks, by using the survey this is result that the greatest impact on the progress of organization and minimize impact on reduce costs.
