عوامل اثرگذار بر اجراي مديريت دانش در دانشكده هاي تربيت بدني ايران

The Investigation of the Factors Influencing the Performance of Knowledge Management in Iran Physical Education Faculties

هدف از انجام اين پژوهش بررسي ميزان اثرگذاري شاخص ها بر اجراي مديريت دانش در دانشكده هاي تربيت بدني ايران است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش، كليه اعضاي هيات علمي دانشكده هاي تربيت كه تعداد آن ها در حدود 150 نفر بودند. و جامعه به روش (تمام شمار) به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. آماره مورد استفاده در تحليل داده ها، همبستگي و 5% ? P در نظر گرفته شد. روش انجام پژوهش از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي و روش پژوهش توصيفي - تحليلي و با توجه اهداف پژوهش كه به سنجش عوامل اثرگذار بر پياده سازي مولفه هاي مديريت دانش در زمينه هاي مديريت، تكنولوژي، نيروي انساني و فرهنگ سازماني دانشكده هاي تربيت بدني مي پردازد از نوع همبستگي بود. و از روش معادلات ساختاري استفاده گرديد. ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه سنجش مديريت دانش، محقق ساخته كه پايايي آن در يك جامعه 30 نفره اعضاي هيات علمي و روايي آن توسط 25 نفر از اساتيد رشته مديريت ورزشي بررسي و تاييد گرديد. و براي جمع آوري اطلاعات در اين پژوهش از دو روش كتابخانه اي و ميداني استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد؛ 1- تكنولوژي و زيرساخت هاي IT همچنين كيفيت و سرعت دسترسي به اطلاعات و دانش جديد؛ 2- تشويق هاي مديريت دانشكده در ابراز ايده هاي تازه و اظهارنظرهاي علمي اعضاي هيات علمي به منظور تاثيرگذاري برماموريت هاي دانشكده، بيشترين سهم را در تحقق كشف دانش داشتند. 3- وجود كامپيوترهاي اختصاصي در دفاتر اساتيد، همچنين بهره مندي از امكانات شبكه اينترنت و زيرساخت هاي تكنولوژي؛ 4- توانمندي اعضاي هيات علمي در انجام كار با كامپيوتر و نرم افزارهاي Word و PowerPoint به منظور تاثيرگذاري و انجام بهينه ماموريت هاي دانشكده، بيشترين سهم را در تحقق تصريح دانش داشتند. 5- ايجاد زيرساخت هاي ارتباطي به منظور سرعت تبادل اطلاعات و انتقال دانش؛ 6- اعتقاد به تشكيل گروه علمي و فعاليت هاي تيمي همچنين صداقت در تشريك مساعي و تبادل اطلاعات با همكاران، بيشترين سهم را در تحقق تسهيم دانش داشتند. 7- طراحي برنامه راهبردي و ترسيم خط و مشي و برنامه ريزي مبتني بر دانش؛ 8- دسترسي به كامپيوتر در زمان مناسب، بهرمندي از تكنولوژي و استفاده هوشمندانه و به موقع و مناسب از شبكه اينترنت؛ بيشترين سهم را درتحقق ارزيابي دانش داشتند. 9- توانايي انجام كاربا كامپيوتر و نرم افزارهاي Windows و Word همچنين برخورداري از توانمندي هاي علمي و نظري حرفه مربوط براي اعضاي هيات علمي؛ 10- تاثيرگذاري تكنولوژي و فناوري اطلاعات بر انتشار دانش در دانشكده هاي تربيت بدني، بيشترين سهم را در تحقق انتشار دانش داشتند.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of parameters on the performance of knowledge management in Iran physical education faculties. The statistical population consisted of all board members of physical education faculties (n=150). As all subjects were available, the statistical population equaled the statistical sample. Correlation was considered as the statistic used in data analysis (P?0.05). The method used in this study was application, descriptive-analytical and as the aim of this study was to measure those factors influencing the adoption of knowledge management elements in management, technology, human resources and organizational culture of physical education faculties, correlational approach was used. Also, structural equation was used in this study. A researcher-made questionnaire of knowledge management was used. The reliability was approved by 30 board members and the validity was confirmed by 25 sport management professionals. Review of related literature and field method were used to collect data. The results showed that 1- IT technology and infrastructures as well as quality and speed to gain access to novel information and knowledge. 2- The encouragement of faculty dean for novel ideas and scientific opinions of board members to influence faculty missions had the highest share in knowledge management detection. 3- Private computers in professors’ offices as well as internet facilities and technology infrastructures. 4- The ability of board members to use computers and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint software to efficiently influence and perform faculty missions had the highest share in knowledge perspicuity. 5- Connection infrastructures to accelerate information exchange and knowledge transfer. 6- The belief in forming scientific groups and team activities as well as information exchange with colleagues had the highest share in knowledge collaboration. 7- The design of strategic plans and knowledge-based strategies and planning. 8- Access to computers at the right time, intelligent and proper deployment of technology and internet had the highest share in knowledge evaluation. 9- The ability to use computers and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint software as well as scientific and theoretical profession-related abilities of board members. 10- The effect of technology and information technology on knowledge issuance in physical education faculties had the highest share in knowledge issuance.
