رابطه ي سبك هاي دلبستگي و هوش هيجاني با رضايت و تعارض زناشويي در معلمان زن متاهل

The Relationships Attachment Styles and Emotional Intelligence with Marital Satisfaction and Marital Conflict in Married Female Teachers

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعيين رابطه سبك هاي دلبستگي و هوش هيجاني با رضايت زناشويي و تعارض زناشويي معلمان زن متاهل مقطع ابتدايي مدارس دولتي شهر اهواز بود. شركت كنندگان پژوهش 250 نفر از اين جمعيت بهصورت بودند كه به صورت نمونه گيري تصادفي چند مرحله اي انتخاب شدند و به مقياس هاي رضايت زناشويي(MSC)، خصومت آشكار اولري و پورتر ((OPS، دلبستگي بزرگسالان كولينز و ريد (AAS) و هوش هيجاني (EIS) پاسخ دادند. نتايج نشان داد كه سبك هاي دلبستگي اجتنابي و دوسوگرا با رضايت زناشويي و با تعارض زناشويي رابطه مثبت، و با هوش هيجاني با رضايت زناشويي رابطه مثبت و با تعارض زناشويي رابطه منفي وجود دارد (001/0 ? p). تحليل هاي رگرسيون نيز نشان داد كه سبك دلبستگي دوسوگرا به صورت منفي و هوش هيجاني به صورت مثبت و سبك‌هاي دلبستگي دوسوگرا و اجتنابي به صورت مثبت و هوش هيجاني به صورت منفي به ترتيب پيش بين هاي رضايت زناشويي و تعارض زناشويي هستند (001/0 p?).

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships among attachment styles (avoidant, secure and ambivalent), emotional intelligence, marital satisfaction and marital conflict in married female teachers of elementary schools in Ahvaz. In this descriptive-correlational study, the sample consisted of 250 married female teachers who were selected through multi-stage random sampling. To gather the data, the the Marital Satisfaction Scale (MSS), the Overt Hostility O’Leary-Porter Scale (OPS), the Emotional Intelligence Scale (EIS) and Adult the Attachment Scale (AAS) were used. In order to analyze the data, simple and multiple correlations were obtained using SPSS(version 16). There were significantly negative correlations between avoidant and ambivalent attachment styles and marital satisfaction as well as significantly positive correlations between avoidant and ambivalent attachment styles and marital conflict. The results showed that the ambivalent attachment style and emotional intelligence were respectively negative and positive predictors of marital satisfaction, while the ambivalent and avoidant attachment styles and emotional intelligence were positive and negative predictors of marital conflict
