تهيه و ارزيابي ويژگي هاي روانسنجي مقياس عملكرد جنسي زناشويي

Codifying and Examine Psychometric Properties of Marital Sexual Function Scale(MSFS)

هدف پژوهش حاضر تهيه و ارزيابي ويژگيهاي روانسنجي مقياس عملكرد جنسي زناشويي بود. ابتدا روايي صوري و محتوايي سيوالات از طريق نظرخواهي از 6 نفر از اساتيد متخصص مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. سپس مقياس در 2 مرحله و براي دو گروه از افراد متاهل اجرا شد. در مرحله اول به منظور تحليل عامل تاييدي، اين مقياس توسط 364 نفر از افراد نمونه تكميل شد و در مرحله دوم به منظور محاسبه ضريب پايايي مجدداً پس از 5 هفته اين مقياس بر روي 50 نفر از 364 نفر اجرا شد. همچنين به منظور ارزيابي روايي سازه مقياس، پرسشنامه رضايت جنسي لارسون توسط نمونه اخير پاسخ داده شد. بر اساس تحليل عاملي تاييدي مدل 7 عاملي مقياس مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. نتايج بررسي همساني دروني مقياس عملكرد جنسي زناشويي نشان داد كه مولفه هاي مقياس شامل مشاركت جنسي، ابراز جنسي، هيجان و احساس جنسي، تمايل جنسي، تحقق جنسي، نگرش جنسي و آگاهي جنسي از همساني دروني مناسبي برخوردار هستند. بكارگيري روش بازآزمايي نيز نشان داد كه اين مقياس ابزاري پايا است. نتايج پژوهش حاضر همچنين نشان داد بين نمره هاي پرسشنامه رضايت جنسي لارسون و مقياس عملكرد جنسي زناشويي رابطه مثبت معناداري وجود دارد و بدين ترتيب روايي سازه مقياس عملكرد جنسي زناشويي تاييد شد. با توجه به نتايج بدست آمده مقياس عملكرد جنسي زناشويي از پايايي و روايي مناسب برخوردار است و مي تواند به عنوان ابزاري مناسب در زمينه پژوهش و ارزيابي روابط جنسي استفاده شود

The goal of this study was to develop and evaluate the psychometric of the properties of the Marital Sexual Function Scale (MSFS). Utilizing the opinions of 6 expert professors, the face validity and the content validity of the items were investigated. The scale was then conducted on two groups of married people in two stages. In the first stage was administered to 364 people and the results were utilized for the confirmatory factor analysis. In the second stage, to assess the reliability of the scale, it was readministered to 50 of the same people after a period of five weeks. The Construct validity of the scale was investigated using the answers given to the Larsonʹs Sexual Satisfaction Scale by the sample. According to the confirmatory factor analysis, the 7-factor scale was confirmed. The results of the internal consistency of the MSFS revealed that the components of the scale, including sexual partnership, sexual assertiveness, sexual and emotional excitement, sexual desire, sexual realization, sexual attitudes and sexual awareness were all of a good internal consistency. A test- retest method also showed that was a reliable scale. Also, a significantly positive correlation between the scores of the Larsonʹs scale and the MSFS indicated the construct, validity of the MSFS. According to the results, This scale is of a good reliability and validity and can be confidently used as a measuring tool in investigating sexual relations
