سنجش ميزان رضايتمندي شهروندان از عملكرد شهرداري (مطالعه موردي: شهر زاهدان)

Measuring citizen satisfaction of Municipal Performance (Case study: city of Zahedan)

در اين مقاله رضايتمندي شهروندان از عملكرد شهرداري در زمينه ارايه خدمات عمومي با روش توصيفي تحليلي (آماري) مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفته است. گردآوري اطلاعات از طريق پرسش-نامه با حجم نمونه 275 نفر در سطح سه منطقه شهري در شهر زاهدان انجام شده است. بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده سطح رضايت در 91 درصد شهروندان متوسط و پايين تر از آن است. آزمون T تك نمونه متوسط به پايين بودن رضايتمندي شهروندان از عملكرد شهرداري و همچنين خدمات عمومي ارايه شده توسط شهرداري زاهدان را تاييد مي كند. طبق آزمون رگرسيون گام به گام بعد اجتماعي با ضريب تعيين (R2) 683/0، بيشترين تاثير را بر سطح رضايتمندي داشته است. همچنين مقدار بتاي به دست آمده نشان مي دهدكه بعد رفاهي به اندازه 305 تغيير بر انحراف معيار ميزان رضايت از عملكرد شهرداري در زمينه ارايه خدمات عمومي تاثيرمي گذارد و بيشترين اثر را در ميزان رضايت دارد. آزمون همبستگي پيرسون نيز مويد وجود همبستگي بالا و معناداري بين دو متغير ميزان رضايتمندي و خدمات عمومي ارايه شده است. اما آزمون هاي تحليل واريانس دو راهه و T دو متغيره وجود هيچ-گونه رابطه اي بين متغيرهاي جمعيت شناختي (سن، جنسيت) و ميزان رضايتمندي شهروندان را تاييد نمي كنند.

In this paper, the satisfaction of the citizens of the Municipal Performance, the public service with descriptive and analytical (statistical method has been analyzed. Information collected through the questionnaire with a sample size of 275 in the three regions in Zahedan city has been done. Based on the results obtained, satisfaction levels in 91% of citizens, average and below it. One-sample T-test, medium to low, satisfaction of citizens of the Municipal Performance and the public services provided by the Zahedan Municipal confirms. The stepwise regression testing with the social dimension of the coefficient (R2) 0/683, has had the most effect on the level of satisfaction. The Beta value obtained shows that the welfare change to 305, the standard deviation of satisfaction of the councilʹs performance in providing public services affects and has the greatest impact on satisfaction. The Pearson correlation test, reflecting an approval, there are high and significant correlation between two variables satisfaction and public services are provided. But analysis of variance and independent-sample Tests , there is no relationship between demographic variables (age, gender) and the satisfaction of citizens do not approve.
