Nahj-ol-balagha Traditions Assessment about Women Reproach

از جمله مسايلي كه ذهن صاحبان انديشه هاي مختلف را به خود مشغول كرده و احياناً به قضاوت هاي ناصحيحي انجاميده است، فحص و بررسي روايات منقول از حضرت علي(ع) در مورد زنان و مباحث پيرامون آن است. زيرا برخي از اين احاديث، شخصيت و هويت زن را هدف قرار داده است. بر اين اســاس، برخي تعابيـري كه در نهج البلاغه و جز آن به چشم مي خورد، افزون بر اشكال هاي سندي كه متوجه برخي روايات است، متن آن ها نيز نيازمند مطالعات فقه الحديثي است تا با عرضه بر قرآن كريم، روايات قطعي، معيار عقل، شان و جايگاه معصوم و در نهايت مسلمات تاريخي، صحت و سقم آن بررسي شود تا مراد حقيقي معصوم كه همان يكساني زن و مرد در ابعاد انساني و شخصيتي است، مكشوف گردد.

From a long time ago, different religious scholars have discussed about the narrated traditions from Imam Ali (peace be upon him) about women and their affairsthat sometimes lead to wrong judgments, because in some of these narratives the personality and identity of women have been questioned and reproached. Some of these narratives that are at Nahj-ol-balagha and other texts include specific instruction for interaction between men and women such asrefraining from consultation with women, avoiding submission to women, keeping aloof from women. While other narratives deal with womenʹs rights such as lesser share in heritage and not accepting their witnesses and there is some words related to their temperament. Apart from some problems and imperfections facing with the chains of these narratives face, apparently, the texts of these hadiths are not immune from fault and are contradicted by the cannon and related criteria like being in disagreement with God’s intent and holy Quran, other traditions, intellect and rationality, Imam’s dignity, history, decent cause and the fact. These narratives must be interpreted correctly to understand Imam’s intention which is the equality between men and women in human and personality dimensions.
