ارزشيابي توسعه آموزش براي همه در كشورهاي متذكره در سند چشم‌‌انداز جمهوري اسلامي ايران در افق 1404 هجري شمسي

Evaluating Education For-all Development Index, Comparing the Countries as Mentioned in Iranʹʹs 2025 Development Vision

هدف مقاله توصيفي حاضر، ارزشيابي توسعه آموزش براي همه در كشورهاي متذكره در سند چشم‌انداز جمهوري اسلامي ايران در افق 1404 هجري شمسي بوده كه داده‌‌هاي لازم براي اين امر به شيوه اسنادي جمع‌‌آوري شده و منطبق با چارچوب پيشنهادي بخش آموزش يونسكو با استفاده از روش تحليل ثانويه داده‌‌ها مورد تحليل قرار گرفته‌‌اند. نتايج اين بررسي حاكي از آن است كه در شاخص توسعه آموزش براي همه، گرجستان بالاترين وضعيت و افغانستان پايين‌‌ترين وضعيت و ايران نيز داراي رتبه 18 در ميان 25 كشور بوده است، به بيان ديگر گرجستان، تاجيكستان، قزاقستان، آذربايجان، ازبكستان، بحرين، تركمنستان، كويت و ارمنستان داراي سطح توسعه بالا و كشورهاي يمن، پاكستان و افغانستان داراي سطح توسعه پايين و اكثريت كشورهاي منطقه و از جمله ايران، داراي سطح متوسط توسعه آموزش براي همه بوده‌‌اند.

The aim of this descriptive article is to evaluate ʹEducation Development for Allʹ in the countries mentioned in the Islamic Republic of Iranʹs 2025 development vision. The needed data were collected according to the ʹdocumentary research methodʹ. They were later analyzed based on UNESCO-advised logic through the use of the ʹsecondary data analysis methodʹ. The results indicate that as far as ʹEducation development for Allʹ index is concerned, Georgia and Afghanistan are the highest and the lowest in rank respectively while Iran stands 18th among the 25 countries. In other words, Georgia, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Bahrain, Turkmenistan, Kuwait and Armenia are higher in ʹeducation development for allʹ than other countries of the group, while Yemen, Pakistan, and Afghanistan suffer from low status from the ʹEducation Development for Allʹ index standpoint. Finally, the majority of the countries in the region, including Iran, are regarded in the medium status in the framework of the index mentioned.
