بررسي نشانگاه‌‌‌هاي اطلاعاتي ‍ـ امنيتي رژيم صهيونيستي‌‌‌ در جمهوري آذربايجان و امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران

A Survey of the Zionist Regime Intelligence Targets in Republic of Azerbaijan and National Security of Islamic Republic of Iran

حضور و نفوذ رژيم صهيونيستي‌‌‌ در جمهوري آذربايجان در تمام ابعاد اقتصادي، فرهنگي، سياسي، نظامي و امنيتي در چند سال گذشته فزاينده بوده و همين مسيله باعث بروز نگراني‌‌ها و اعتراضات لفظي مقامات سياسي ‍ـ امنيتي ايران شده ‌‌است. اين مقاله با رويكرد توصيفي ‍ـ تحليلي و به روش مطالعه كيفي و تحليل محتوا به بررسي دلايل گسترش مناسبات آذربايجان ـ رژيم صهيونيستي‌‌‌ از يك‌سو و تبعات امنيتي آن بر ايران پرداخته است. هدف، پاسخ‌گويي به اين سوال اصلي است كه روابط دو كشور چه تبعاتي بر امنيت ملي ايران دارد و نشانگاه و شگردهاي نفوذ اطلاعاتي ـ امنيتي رژيم صهيونيستي‌‌‌ در جمهوري آذربايجان كدام‌اند؟ براساس مطالعه اسناد و مدارك موجود سه ابتكار مهم براي اين اقدامات ازسوي رژيم صهيونيستي‌‌‌ احصا شده است: ايجاد نهادها و سازمان‌هاي فرهنگي ـ اجتماعي، اقدامات توسعه‌‌اي و فني، قراردادها و همكاري‌‌هاي نظامي. اين سه پوشش رژيم صهيونيستي‌‌‌ براي بهره‌برداري اطلاعاتي از ايران و به‌تبع آن اقدامات امنيتي‌ است كه از طريق خاك جمهوري آذربايجان انجام مي‌‌شود. تلاش براي شناسايي سازمان‌ها و نهادهاي پوششي رژيم صهيونيستي‌‌‌ و بيان ماهيت و نوع عملكرد اطلاعاتي آنها از مهم‌ترين اهداف مقاله حاضر است. به اين منظور در هر بخش و براي فهم درست از اركان مقاله، شش مدل تحليلي ارايه شده است.

Presence and influence of The Zionist regime in Azerbaijan Republic in all economic, cultural, political, military, and security aspects have been growing in the past few years, and this issue caused concerns and vocal protest of Iranian security and political officials. This article is a descriptive approach to qualitative research and content analysis techniques to assess the nature of expansion of Zionist-Azerbaijan relation and to analyze its security effects on Iran. The purpose is to answer to this question: what is the implication of this relation on Iran and what are Israeli intelligence penetration and target devices in Azerbaijan? Based on the study of available documents three important Zionist regime’s initiatives have been recognized: creating social and cultural institutions, technical development, military contracts and cooperation. These are three covers for Israel’s intelligence and security operation on Iran which are carried through the territory of Azerbaijan. Identifying the Zionist umbrella organizations and describing the nature and type of its intelligence operation are important objectives of the present paper. For this purpose and for understanding the fundamentals of paper, the authors have developed six analytical models.
