The Modern Model of American Psychological Operation Against Islamic Republic of IRAN

عمليات رواني يكي از شيوه‌هاي اعمال فشار براي رسيدن به اهداف مطلوب است كه در عصر حاضر مورد توجه بسيار قرارگرفته است. هرگونه اقدام دراين‌باره مستلزم توجه به رابطه معنادار عمليات رواني با ابعاد و شيوه‌هاي آن است كه مديريت آن را ممكن و موثر مي‌كند. با مروري بر ادبيات عمليات رواني ملاحظه مي‌شود اغلب پژوهش‌ها، بر شيوه‌ها و ابزار‌هاي اعمال عمليات رواني متمركز است و به چگونگي تكوين و فعاليت الگوها كمتر توجه شده است. اين مقاله درصدد شناخت چگونگي شكل‌گيري عمليات رواني رسانه‌اي غرب (با محوريت رسانه‌هايي چون راديو فردا و صداي آمريكا) عليه جمهوري اسلامي ايران است. ازاين‌رو سوال اصلي مقاله حاضر عبارت است از: الگوي مدرن عمليات رواني آمريكا عليه جمهوري اسلامي ايران چيست؟ براي پاسخ به اين سوال، نگارندگان ضمن بررسي تاريخي عمليات رواني و ارايه الگوي تازه‌اي از عمليات رواني، به تحليل روش‌هاي آمريكا بر ضد ايران، چون دروغ‌پردازي، شرطي‌سازي، كلي‌بافي فريبنده، نامگذاري معكوس، تعميم افراطي، برچسب زدن، استهزا و مسخره كردن و سرانجام تضعيف روحيه و القاي ياس و نااميدي مي‌پردازند. يافته مقاله حكايت از آن دارد كه در الگوي نوين عمليات رواني آمريكا بزرگ‌نمايي فريبنده از توان و اهداف امنيتي جمهوري اسلامي ايران، بنياد الگوي رفتاري آمريكا را شكل مي‌دهد.

In current century Psychological Operation is considered to be one of the most attractive methods to pressure other players in order to obtain desired goals. Any action in this regard needs to comprehensive attention toward the meaningful relationship between psychological operation and its styles which makes possible the management of this operation and increases its effectiveness. The literature review of psychological operation shows that most of the researches have been concentrated on its styles and tools and there have been less attention to its development procedures and activities. This article tries to understand the quality and formation procedure of the west`s media psychological operation (focusing on medias like Radio Farda and VOA) against Islamic Republic of IRAN. Therefore, the main question of this article is that: What is the modern model of American psychological operation against I.R.IRAN? In order to answer this question, authors have studied the history of psychological operation and represented a new model of psychological operation and analysed the American operational methods against Iran such as lying, preconditioning, deceptive overall weaving, reversed naming, extreme generalization, tagging, mocking and finally demoralization and induction of hopelessness. The results of this research shows that in the modern model of American psychological operation, the deceptive exaggeration of I.R.IRAN`s security targets and capabilities is the foundation of American behavioral model.
