ارايه يك معماري مبتني بر پيشكار براي مستندسازي پويا در سيستم‌هاي ERP

A Formal Presentation of an Agent Oriented Architecture to Supply Dynamic Documentation in ERP Systems

امروزه با رشد روز‌افزون صنايع و خدمات و گسترش فناوري اطلاعات، به‌كارگيري نرم‌افزارهاي ERP در شركت‌ها و سازمان‌ها افزايش يافته است. اما سيستم‌هاي ERP به پيچيدگي، پياده‌سازي مشكل و هزينه‌بر و دشوار بودن جهت يادگيري كاربران شهرت دارند. نكته مهمي كه وجود دارد، اين است كه بيش از 80 درصد از هزينه‌هاي كلي سرمايه‌گذاري يك سيستم ERP به فعاليت‌هاي نگهداري آن مرتبط است. يكي از فاكتورهاي اصلي كه بر قابليت نگهداري اين سيستم تاثير مي‌گذارد، كيفيت مستندسازي در سيستم و ميزان كاربرد آن توسط كاربران است. از طرفي به سبب اين‌كه سيستم ERP در مراحل پياده‌سازي خود دستخوش تغييرات بسياري مي‌گردد، نياز است براي سامانه مستندسازي آن سطح مناسبي از هوشمندي در نظر گرفته شود تا تغييرات مورد نياز بر روي مستندات را تا حدودي به طور پويا كشف و اِعمال نمايد. پيشكارهاي نرم‌افزاري هوشمند به عنوان بخشي از يك نرم‌افزار، مي-توانند گزينه مناسبي براي اينگونه مستندسازي پويا محسوب گردند. در اين مقاله، بر اساس ديدگاه مبتني بر پيشكار، معماري پيشنهاد مي‌شود كه با تكيه بر چندين پيشكار مستقل ولي همكار، به مستندسازي پويا در سيستم‌هاي ERP كمك مي‌نمايد. نتايج ارزيابي نشان مي‌دهد كه معماري ارايه شده قابل بكارگيري است، از مستندسازي پويا پشتيباني مي‌كند و ضوابط يك معماري مبتني بر پيشكار را دارا است.

Nowadays, applying ERP software systems has been enhanced in different organs and companies, due to the increasing growth of industry, services and the advancement of IT. However ERP systems are known for their complexity, their hard and expensive performance and being so much difficult for users to learn. What is important to keep in mind is that up to 80 percent of the total cost for an ERP system investment is connected to maintenance activities. One of the main factors that affect system maintainability is the quality of the documentation in the system and its application by users. If the documentation throughout the development process is not satisfying, it leads to a substantial increase in maintenance effort and total cost. On the other hand, since ERP system undergoes a lot of changes during its implementation, a proper level of intelligence needs to be considered for its documentation system, in order to dynamically discover and apply the required changes on the documents. The intelligent software agent, as a part of a software can be a good alternative for these dynamic documentations. In this article, based on an agent oriented approach, a kind of architecture is proposed that will help the dynamic documentation in ERP systems based on several independent but cooperative agents. The evaluation results show that the proposed architecture is applicable, supports dynamic documentation and possesses the criteria of agent oriented architectures as well.
