سبك زندگي مديران زمينه‌ساز

Lifestyle of ground-setting managers

بحث سبك زندگي _ كه از مباحث نوين مطرح در جامعه ماست _ در موضوع اين نوشتار، به كار رفته و مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. اين نوشتار با استفاده از روش كتابخانه‏اي _ تحليلي و با بهره‏گيري از منابع آيات و روايات، سبك زندگي مديران زمينه‌ساز را در دو عرصه سبك زندگي فردي و مديريتي _ حاكميتي مورد تحليل قرار داده، عناصري همچون تقواي سياسي، فروتني و تواضع، عدم برتري‌طلبي و همواره در دسترس نيازمندان بودن را از عناصر سبك زندگي فردي مديران زمينه‌ساز به شمار آورده است. همچنين تقيد نسبت به شايسته‌سالاري، تصميم‌گيري بر اساس مشورت، سعه صدر در برابر اعتراضات اجتماعي، عدم اخلال در وحدت و انسجام ملّي با گفتار يا رفتار و نيز گذشت و عفو نسبت به لغزش‏هاي شهروندان را از عناصر سبك زندگي مديريّتي _ حاكميتي دانسته است.

A new issue raised in our community is the lifestyles of people. In this paper, the issue is applied and studied using library and analysis methods, focusing on the lifestyle of managers (ground-setting for Mahdism) in the field of managing personal lifestyle and governance lifestyle. This is conducted taking advantage of the verses and hadiths in Islam. Elements such as political piety, modesty and humility, being always available to the poor are considered as lifestyle elements that need to be present in such managers. Moreover, commitment to elitism and decision making which is guided by council, tolerance of social dissent, preserving the sense of social unity and national consistency in the words and acts of managers as well as pardoning the citizens misdemeanors are also considered as management lifestyle of such governors.
