Managing Vulnerability and All-including Defense in National Defense Institution

Abstract
National defense is a vital pillar of military power and also an important factor in security national interests of any country; meanwhile, it faces vulnerabilities which, if not timely detected and treated, they will gradually affect the whole community in utilizing the overriding factor of national power,i.e. military power; therefore, managing vulnerability and all-including defense may remove the repercussions of vulnerabilities in organizing and managing national defense.
While each one of power parameters in national defense including manpower, national spirit in mitigating threat, strength and obedience, discipline, education, communication, equipment, efficient command, active logistics, the power to preserve and produce information, structure, formations, etc. enjoy capabilities, they suffer from some shortages and vulnerabilities the detection and review of each are entailed by vital assignments in national defense. Consequently, this research seeks to review the related vulnerabilities, assess the hypothesis and answer the question "What relation there exists between vulnerability management and all-including defense in national defense?"To do so, this paper corresponds national defense power to move capability and to the expected all-including/managing defense. In the end, this article pursues the expected conclusions in the frame of scientific methodologies, environmental assessments and the compatibility-background method.
