Neighborhood Etiquette Rules in Islamic Life-Style

كلمه «جار» كه جمع آن جيره و جيران است، بارها در قرآن و ديگر متون اسلامي مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در خصوص معناي لغوي و اصطلاحي آن ديدگاه ها و اختلافات زيادي وجود دارد، اما در همه معاني لغوي آن، تمايل و علاقه مندرج است. در خصوص معناي اصطلاحي آن نيز عرف و شرع بهترين داور است. اين اختلاف در خصوص محدوده آن نيز به چشم مي-خورد. كلمه «جار» از جنبه هاي گوناگون، همچون قرب و بعد و... تقسيم مي شود. هر چند كلمه مزبور هر نوع همجواري از جمله هم جواري در محيط كار، اتومبيل، هواپيما و... را شامل است، اما كاربرد آن در خصوص مسكن و محل زندگي وضوح بيشتري داشته و توجه دانشمندان اسلامي، همچون علماي اخلاق، فقه و... را به خود جلب نموده است. با توجه به مفهوم «جار» و محدوده آن در متون اسلامي، از جمله قرآن، صحيفه سجاديه و... آدابي بيان شده كه از يك سو سبك زندگي مناسب همسايه را بيان مي دارد و از سويي نقش همسايه خوب در آرامش و بهداشت روان را نشان مي دهد. همچنين تحت عنوان «همسايگي» براي همسايگان، آدابي بيان شده كه در جهت انس و الفت و محبت و جذب قلوب بسيار سازنده و مفيد است.

T he word "Jar" (neighbor) which its pluralisJireh and jiran (neighbors) in Arabic language has been considered by the Quran and Islamic texts often. There are different opinions and disagreements in literal and terminological meanings the best judge is the mores and Islamic law (share). These disagreements can be seen in its realm also. The word “jar” from different aspect such as neighborhood, farness and etc. has classifications. Although the mentioned word includes all types of nearness like nearness in work place, car, and airplane and etc. but its application dealt withdwelling and residing has more clarity and has attracted(drew) the attention of different Islamic scholars like moral, jurisprudence ones. With respect to the concept of Jar (neighbor) and its realm in Islamic texts like the Quran, SahifehSajjadieh and etc., etiquette has been mentioned which states the appropriate lifestyle of Islamic neighbor from one side and shows the role of good neighbor in mental health and peace from the other side. Also under topic of neighborhood for neighbors include public and society managers has been stated manners in order to create affability and friendliness and friendship and attract hearts which can be constructive and useful.
