بررسي رابطه نگرش به فساد اداري و احساس محروميت نسبي مورد مطالعه: دانشجويان دانشگاه پيام نور بجنورد

The Investigation of the Relation of Attitude to Official Corruption and Emotion of Relative Deprivation Case Study: Students of the Payame Noor University of Bojnoord

در اين پژوهش سعي بر آن شده است تا از يك سو، ابتدا مساله نگرش به فساد اداري (در تقابل با سلامت اداري) در قشر حساس دانشجويان به عنوان گردانندگان بالقوه سمتهاي سازماني در آينده نزديك مورد بررسي قرار گيرد و از سوي ديگر، ارتباط آن با مفهوم احساس محروميت نسبي به عنوان يكي از مفاهيم و نظريات مهم در حوزه انحرافات اجتماعي مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش از نوع پيمايشي بوده و روش جمع آوري دادهها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ميباشد كه شامل شاخص نگرش به فساد اداري و شاخص سنجش احساس محرميت نسبي و هم چنين سوالاتي در مورد مشخصات جمعيت شناختي پاسخگويان بوده است. جامعه آماري، دانشجويان دانشگاه پيام نور بجنورد در سال تحصيلي 1393-1392 مي باشد كه از طريق فرمول كوكران و با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي نظام مند، 150 نفر با روش آماري همبستگي مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان ميدهد كه از يك سو، بين متغير نگرش به فساد اداري دانشجويان و احساس محروميت نسبي آنها رابطه معنادار وجود دارد و از ديگر سو، متغيرهاي زمينه اي جنسيت و پايگاه اقتصادي و اجتماعي افراد با نگرش به فساد اداري در ارتباط است.

In this research the attempt has been made firstly to investigate from one aspect the problem of attitude regarding official corruption (in contrast to official health) in critical class of students as a potential administrators of organizational positions in near future and from the other aspect its relation to the concept of the emotion of relative deprivation as one of the important concepts and theories in the ambit of social aberrations has been researched. The methodology of this paper was of scale survey type and the data collection are of questionnaires which includes the index of attitude to official corruption and the index of weighting analysis of emotion of relative deprivation and also some questions about the demographic characteristic of the respondents. The statistical community is the students of Bojnoord Payame Noor University in 2013-2014 semester which via Cocatan formula and by the use of systematic categorical sampling procedure and by the process of collaborative statistical method 150 people has been studied. The results of this paper shows that from one point of view there is a meaningful relation between the variance of attitude in official corruption of students and their emotion of relative deprivation and from the other hand is in relation with variables of gender basis and economic and social base of individuals to the attitude of official corruption.
