كاربرد نظريه خودمختاري در پيش بيني عملكرد شغلي معلمان تربيت بدني

Application of self- determination theory to predict physical education teachersʹʹ job performance

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، پيش بيني عملكرد شغلي معلمان تربيت بدني براساس نظريه خودمختاري بود. شركت كنندگان پژوهش حاضر، شامل 204 نفر از معلمان تربيت بدني مقاطع محتلف در شهرستان اروميه بودند كه به پرسش نامه هاي عملكرد شغلي و انگيزش دروني (كوواس، 2009) و نيازهاي رواني (ايلاردي و همكاران، 1993)، به طور داوطلبانه پاسخ دادند. براي آزمون مدل نظري از روش تحليل مسير استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه نظريه خودمختاري برازش مناسبي در بين معلمان تربيت بدني دارد و سه نياز روان شناختي (شايستگي، استقلال، و وابستگي) قادر است 18 درصد از تغييرات عملكرد شغلي معلمان تربيت بدني را پيش بيني كند. همچنين، نتايج آزمون فرضيات نشان داد كه انگيزش دروني اثر مثبتي بر عملكرد شغلي دارد. از طرفي، نيازهاي رواني نيز اثر معنادار و مثبتي بر انگيزش دروني داشتند. به طور كلي مي توان گفت كه وجود استقلال، احساس شايستگي و داشتن ارتباط مثبت با ديگر معلمان در محيط كار باعث افزايش انگيزش دروني و عملكرد شغلي در معلملن تربيت بدني مي شود.

Using self determination theory as a framework the aim of this study was to predict physical education teachersʹ job performance. Participants of the current study were 204 physical education teachers of Urmia city that voluntarily completed the questionnaires of job performance and intrinsic motivation (Kuvaas, 2009) and psychological needs (Ilardi et al, 1993). Path analysis method was used to test conceptual model. The results showed that Self-determination theory has a sufficient fit among teachers and three Psychological needs (competence, Autonomy and relatedness) can predict 18% of variance of their job performance. Also, the findings of hypothesis testing showed that intrinsic motivation has positive effect on job performance. Also psychological needs had positive and significant effects on intrinsic motivation. It could be said that existence of autonomy, sense of competence and having positive relationship with other teachers in work environment increase their intrinsic motivation and job performance.
