Identification and Prioritization the Barriers to Recruitment of the Volunteers to Help with Sports Activities in Department of Education in the City of Karaj

نيروهاي داوطلب يك جز حياتي از نيروي كار مورد نياز براي ارايه برنامه هاي ورزشي با كيفيت بالا براي مسابقات ورزشي هستند. در سراسر دنيا، گرو هاي وسيعي از مردم وقت خود را صرف فعاليت هاي نيروهاي داوطلب مي كنند. انگيزه هاي اين افراد صرف نظر از از نوع فعاليت هايشان، كمك به ديگران مي باشد. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، شناسايي واولويت بندي موانع جذب نيروهاي داوطلب در ورزش آموزش و پرورش شهرستان كرج مي باشد. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت، توصيفي- تحليلي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش، تمامي كاركنان(592 نفر) برگزار كننده مسابقات آموزشگاهي آموزش و پرورش شهرستان كرج بودند. روش نمونه گيري به صورت خوشه اي چند مرحله اي بود. برحسب نواحي چهارگانه و بر طبق حجم نمونه مورگان، 234 نفر به عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوري داده ها، پرسشنامه اي محقق ساخته بود. روايي صوري و محتوايي پرسشنامه، توسط 12 نفر از اساتيد دانشگاه تاييد شد. پايايي كلي پرسشنامه نيز با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ (888. )، به دست آمد. براي تجزيه و تحليل آماري داده ها از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي (روش تحليل عاملي– اكتشافي و تي تك نمونه اي) استفاده شد. براساس تحليل عاملي 32 متغير در شش گروه با عناوين رواني، ارتباطي- اطلاعاتي، فردي، قانوني، ساختاري و اداري- سازماني قرار گرفتند. با استفاده از مقياس پنج ارزشي ليكرت، ميزان اهميت متغيرها بررسي شد كه بر اين اساس، عامل ارتباطي- اطلاعاتي با واريانس 27.009، عامل فردي با واريانس 16.89 و عامل قانوني با واريانس 11.33، با اهميت ترين موانع بودند. بنابراين، براساس نتايج پژوهش پيشنهاد مي شود كه متوليان ورزش در آموزش و پرورش شهرستان كرج سطح اطلاع رساني و آگاه سازي شهروندان را نسبت به فوايد داوطلبي افزايش دهند و واحد داوطلبي را در تشكيلات و ساختار ادارات آموزش و پرورش جهت گزينش و جذب نيروهاي داوطلب ايجاد نمايند.

Volunteers are a critical component of the work force needed to deliver high quality sports programs for sports competitions. Wide range of people around the world spends their time to be as a volunteer. The aim of this study was to identify and prioritize the barriers to recruiting volunteers in sports activities in the Education Department of Karaj City. Research method was practical and also descriptive-analytical in terms of the purpose and the nature respectively. Research population (592 people) consisted of all the staffs involved in organizing interscholastic competitions in Karaj County. Sampling method was multistage cluster sampling for which according to quad areas and in accordance with Morganʹs sample size, 234 persons were selected. A researcher-made questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. Face and content validity of the questionnaire were verified by 12 professors in sports management and also by specialists in this field. The overall reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by Cronbachʹs alpha (0.888).For statistical analysis of the data, descriptive statistics and inferential (analysis one sample t test, explanatory factor analysis) was also used. Based on the factor analysis, 32 variables were grouped with the titles of psychological, legal, informational-communicational, individual, structural, and organizational- administrative. A five point Likert scale was utilized to investigate the importance of variables for statistical population which accordingly informational-communicational factor with the variance of 27.009, individual factor with the variance of 16.89 and legal factor with the variance of 11.33 represented as the most important obstacles.Therefore, the study results suggest that Sports Education Karaj city authorities should inform and raise awareness among citizens about the benefits of volunteering, volunteering in the organization and structure of the Office of Education to select and recruit volunteers to build.
