ارايه دو الگوريتم ديكدينگ هيبريد جديد با عملكرد بسيار خوب و پيچيدگي بسيار كم براي ديكدينگ كدهاي LDPC

Two New Hybrid Decoding Algorithm for High-Performance Low-Complexity Decoding of LDPC Codes

چكيده: در اين مقاله، دو الگوريتم ديكدينگ هيبريد جديد براي ديكدينگ كدهاي LDPC ارايه شده اند. الگوريتم اول تحت عنوان WBF پيشنهادي، نام‌گذاري شده و مبتني بر ايده مكمل نمودن چندين بيت در هر تكرار است. استفاده از سازوكاري جديد براي تعيين تعداد و موقعيت بيت هايي كه بايد در هر تكرار مكمل شوند، باعث ايجاد سرعت همگرايي بسيار زياد و هم‌چنين نياز به تعداد تكرارهاي بسيار كم براي اين الگوريتم شده است، به گونه اي كه اين الگوريتم تنها با چند تكرار به بهترين جواب مي‌رسد. هم‌چنين از ديگر مزاياي الگوريتم WBF پيشنهادي مي توان به اختلاف عملكرد بسيار ناچيز آن با الگوريتم قدرتمند Sum-Product اشاره نمود. نوآوري ديگر اين مقاله، تركيب الگوريتم WBF پيشنهادي با الگوريتم Sum-Product است. نتايج شبيه سازي مويد اين هستند كه الگوريتم هيبريد پيشنهادي دوم مبتني بر الگوريتم هاي WBF پيشنهادي و Sum-Product ، داراي عملكرد احتمال خطايي دقيقاً مشابه با الگوريتم Sum-Product اما با سرعت همگرايي بسيار سريع‌تر از آن و هم‌چنين پيچيدگي بسيار كم‌تر در مقايسه با آن است.

Abstract: In this paper, two new hybrid algorithms for decoding LDPC codes are proposed. The first hybrid decoding algorithm that we call it Proposed WBF, is based on the idea of flipping variable multi bits in each iteration. Using a high-precision mechanism for determining the number and position of the bits to be flipped in each iteration, causes faster convergence rate and in a few iterations this algorithm reaches the best answer. From another advantages of this algorithm is its high performance with very negligible diference compared to Sum-Product algorithm. The other novelty in this paper is presentation of another new hybrid two stage decoding algorithm that combines the Proposed WBF and Sum-Product algorithms. Simulation results show that the second proposed hybrid decoding algorithm is a new and highly efficient algorithm with a performance equivalent to that of the Sum-Product algorithm and less complexity and fewer iterations required compared to that algorithm.
