چكيده فارسي :
توسعه سيري است كه متضمن بهبود مداوم همهي عرصههاي زندگي انساني اعم از مادي و
معنوي ميباشد و انسان ميبايست در غايت توسعه به حياتي متكي به تواناييهاي خود و فرهنگ
انساني خويش به همراه گسترش دايرهي انتخاب مثبت دست يابد. توسعه از دو جهت تاريخي و
اهداف توسعه قابل بررسي است كه در سير خطي جبري ان ديش هي اسلامي آن را به چالش
ميكشاند، ولي در سير فرهنگي- آرماني، توسعه اساساً يك فرايند منحصر به فردي است كه ضمن
بهرهگيري از مخرج مشترك اصول عقلاني و ثابت توسعه با توجه به فرهنگ آن جامعه قابل بهره
برداري و وصول ميباشد.

انسانهايي كه كليديترين عنصر در توسعهي يك جامعه هستن د. لذا توسع هيافتگ ي، كه يك
تصميم سياسي و حكومتي است، نياز به زمينهسازيهاي فرهنگي دارد. نگاه به انسان، جامعه، دين،
زندگي و زمان ميتواند عامل مهمي در تحليل و تفسير منطقي توسعهي سياسي از يك طرف و بقا
نهادينه شدن سياست از طرف ديگر باشد.
در اين ميان، فرهنگ سياسي شيعه كه پيوند منطقي وتعامل مثبت ديانت وسياست را مد لحاظ
قرار ميدهد معتقد است كه ميتوان با عناصر و مولفههاي بنيادين عقلانيت، آزادي و اجتهاد پويا
ضمن حفظ مباني و اصول دين مبين اسلام، كارآمدي و كارايي آن را در عرص هي عام توسعه و
خاص توسعهي سياسي ارتقا بخشيد.
چكيده لاتين :
Development is a course ensuring constant improvements in all realms of human
life, both material and spiritual, humans should, in ultimate development, achieve
a life relying upon their abilities and human culture along with expansion of circle
of positive options. Development could be discussed both historically and in terms
of developmental goals and is challenged by the Islamic thought in a compulsory
course, but in the cultural-ideal course, development is fundamentally a unique
process which not only benefits from the common denominator of the rational,
fixed principles of development, but may also be applied given the social culture.
Culture is a human entity and its survival depends on humansʹ awareness,
determination and will – the humans who are the key elements in a society.
Therefore, achieving well-developed conditions, which is a political and
governmental decision, needs cultural foundations. Viewing humans, society,
religion, life and time can serve as an important factor in logical analysis and
interpretation of political development on the one hand, and surviving
institutionalization of politics on the other.
Meanwhile, Shiite political culture which considers a logical link and positive
interaction between religiosity and politics believes that using the fundamental
elements and components of rationality, freedom, and dynamic endeavors, one
could not only maintain the fundamentals and principles of Islam but also promote
its efficiency in relation to development in general and political development in
particular.
