بررسي سبك‌هاي هويّت وتعهد دانشجويان براساس الگوي ساخت هويّت بروزنسكي و رابطه آن با خردمندي در فرآيند حل مساله

A Study of identity styles and commitment of students based on identity construction model of Berzonsky and their correlation with wisdom – related knowledge in the process of problem solving

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي سبك‌هاي هويّت دانشجويان و رابطه آن با خردمندي در حل مسايل زندگي واقعي انجام شد. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده 131 دانشجوي دختر و پسر از سه گروه تحصيلي فني – مهندسي، هنر و معماري و علوم اجتماعي انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه سبك هويّت برزونسكي(1989) و مصاحبه دانش مرتبط با خردمندي پارادايم برلين(1994) جمع‌آوري شد. براي تحليل داده‌ها از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، آزمون t و ANOVA استفاده شد. يافته‌ها نشان داد بين خردمندي و سبك سردرگم / اجتنابي همبستگي منفي و بين خردمندي و تعهد هويّت همبستگي مثبت وجود دارد. دانشجويان فني - مهندسي در سبك هنجاري با دانشجويان علوم اجتماعي و در تعهد هويّت با دانشجويان هنر و معماري تفاوت معنادار داشتند. ميان دانشجويان دختر و پسر در سبك‌هاي هويّت و تعهد هويّت و خردمندي تفاوت معناداري وجود نداشت. به‌نظر مي‌رسد سبك سردرگم / اجتنابي به‌دليل كاركرد غيرانطباقي آن در مواجهه با تعارضات و مسايل ماهيتاً نمي‌تواند همبسته عملكرد خردمندانه در حل مسايل باشد و خردمندي نيز به دليل ماهيت و كاركرد آن در تصميم‌گيري‌ها و برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي درازمدت و حفظ مصالح جمعي مي‌تواند به‌عنوان همبسته تعهد هويّت لحاظ شود.

To investigate correlation of identity styles and commitment with wisdom – related knowledge, 131 students in engineering, Art and social sciences were selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected through Identity Style Inventory and wisdom-related performance interview. For data analysis Pearson correlation coefficient, T test and ANOVA were used. Findings indicated That there were negative correlation between diffuse/avoidant style and wisdom and positive correlation between wisdom and commitment were seen as well. There were significant difference among engineering and social sciences students in normative style and significant difference were considered between engineering and art students in commitment. There were no significant difference between male and female students in identity styles, commitment and wisdom-related knowledge. It seems due to the maladaptive function of diffuse / avoidant style in copying with conflicts and problems, negative correlation with wisdom is probable. In addition, the function of wisdom in rational decision making and long-run planning and considering common good may be a probable correlated with identity commitment.
