تحليل عوامل انگيزشي داوطلبان ورود به رشته تربيت بدني و علوم ورزشي

Analysis of motivational factors of volunteers entering Physical Education field

راه‌يابي به دانشگاه به عنوان مكاني براي آموختن دانش، براي پيشرفت جامعه، جوانان و خانواده امري ضروري به نظر مي رسد كه در اين راستا توجه به انگيزه داوطلبان براي ورود به دانشگاه از اهميت ويژه‌ا ي برخوردار مي باشد؛ لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تحليل عوامل انگيزشي داوطلبان ورود به رشته تربيت بدني و علوم ورزشي مي باشد. جامعه آماري پژوهش، كليه داوطلبان ورود به رشته تربيت بدني و علوم ورزشي در سال 1390 از سه استان خوزستان، ايلام و لرستان بودند كه براي انجام آزمون عملي رشته تربيت بدني و علوم ورزشي، در دانشگاه شهيد چمران اهواز شركت كرده بودند (1310=N). حجم نمونه از طريق جدول كرجسي و مورگان، 302 نفر برآورد شد. براي جمع آوري داده ها از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته كه شامل 24 سوال بود استفاده گرديد و پايايي آن از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ 81/0 محاسبه شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد به ترتيب عوامل فردي، عوامل اجتماعي و عوامل شغلي، مهم‌ترين عوامل انگيزشي داوطلبان ورود به رشته تربيت بدني و علوم ورزشي بود. همچنين بين ديدگاه داوطلبان دختر و پسر در مورد عوامل فردي، تفاوت معناداري مشاهده شد؛ اما در عوامل اجتماعي و شغلي، تفاوت معناداري مشاهده نگرديد. با توجه به يافته هاي پژوهش مي‌توان گفت توجه به انگيزه‌هاي داوطلبان براي ورود به دانشگاه امري ضروري مي‌باشد؛ زيرا با مورد توجه قرار دادن آن‌ها مي توان ميزان كارآيي و اثربخشي دانشجويان را در آينده افزايش داد.

Approaching to enter the university is essential to consider as a place for knowledge learning for community, youth and families development. It seems in this regard, considering the motivation of volunteers for entering the university is especially important. The aim of the present study was to analyze the motivating factors of volunteers to enter the field of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at university. Statistical population was all volunteers entering the field of P.E at university in 2011 from the three provinces of Khuzestan, Ilam and Lorestan of Iran (N= 1310 subjects). Sample size included 302 subjects using Table Krjsy and Morgan using random sampling. Data gathering tool was a questionnaire included 24 questions. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained 0.81 through Cronbachʹs test. Data analysis performed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Results showed that the individual factors, social and occupational factors are the most important motivating factors for volunteers to enter the field of physical education and sports science in university. There were significant differences between the perception of male and female volunteers in individual factors but no significant difference were found between the social and occupational factors between male and females perception. According to the research findings, it can be concluded that considering motivation of volunteers for entering the University is essential. Because it can be increase the effectiveness and efficiency of students in the future through regarding these factors.
