بررسي عملكرد شعب بانك ملت با تكنيك تركيبي DEA/AHP (مطالعه ي موردي: شعب بانك ملت استان بوشهر)

Performance Evaluation of Bank branches with the Use of Combined DEA / AHP techniques (A Case Study of Mellat Bank)

در تحقيق حاضر براي سنجش ابعاد مختلف عملكرد شعب بانك ملت مستقر در استان بوشهر از رويكرد آميخته DEA/AHP استفاده شده است. اين متدولوژي با استفاده از مبناي قوي برنامه ريزي خطي اين امكان را فراهم مي كند كه ارزيابي صحيحي از واحدهاي تحت بررسي حاصل شده و مبناي مناسبي براي تصميمات منطقي جهت ارزيابي عملكرد شعب پديدار شود. در اين پژوهش نخست، با به‌كارگيري مدل‏هاي تحليل پوششي داده ها (استفاده از مدل سازي رياضي و حل با نرم افزار لينگو) هر شعبه در مقابل ديگر شعبه ها مقايسه شد و سپس با استفاده از نتايج به‏دست آمده، ماتريس مقايسات زوجي تشكيل شد و با حل مدل فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي، رتبه بندي شعب به طور كامل انجام گرفت. ماتريس مقايسات زوجي بر مبناي حل مدل تحليل پوششي داده ها براي هر جفت از نمايندگي ها قرار دارد كه اين روش، يك روش كمي است؛ اما رتبه بندي نهايي با استفاده از يك رويكرد كيفي صورت مي گيرد. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه در دوره ي زماني مورد مطالعه، شعبه ي مدرس حايز رتبه ي اول و شعبه ي صفوي و ليان در رتبه ي دوم و سوم قرار گرفته اند.

Abstract Banking system is considered as an important component of the economy, and the market economy has a heavy responsibility to the recession, where growth and prosperity of the country or workmanship are closely related to banking institutions. In the present study to measure various aspects of bank branches in the province of Bushehr an integrated approach of DEA / AHP is used. This methodology uses a strong base of linear programming, it is possible that the proper evaluation of the units to be achieved, and appropriate basis for rational decisions for allocating resources to emerge. In this study, firstly, by using DEA models (using mathematical modeling and solving software Lingo) per branch a comparison is made with other branches, and then with the use of the results of matrix comparisons paired up with a solution AHP model, branches have been ranked completely. Matrix of paired comparisons based on DEA model is solved, for each pair of agents this approach is a quantitative one, however, the final ranking is done using a qualitative approach. The results show that in the period studied, Modares Branch ranked first and, and Safavi and Lian are located in the second and third ranks. The advantage of the proposed model is that, complete rankings branches under study; because the DEA method may focus on more than one branch, perfect performance can be achieved. In this case, ranking and distinguishing them is difficult. Thus, using a combination of approaches to solve this problem is proposed.
