تحليل سامانه حمل ونقل اتوبوس هاي تندرو شهري (BRT) و سنجش تحولات و تاثيرات اجتماعي و اقتصادي ناشي از آن بر حوزه هاي پيرامون در كلانشهر تبريز

The Analysis of BRT System and the Measurement of Social and Economical Impacts of Environmental Issues of Tabriz Mega-city

امروزه گسترش پديده شهرنشيني باعث پيچيده شدن مسايل شهري شده و مساله حمل و نقل شهري را به يكي از دغدغه هاي اصلي برنامه ريزان شهري تبديل نموده است. بنابراين ايجاد ساختارهاي مناسب حمل و نقل، و ترغيب شهروندان به استفاده از انواع روش هاي حمل و نقل عمومي [مانند اتوبوس، مترو، تراموا و ...] به يكي از چالش هاي مهم مديران شهري تبديل گرديده است. در اين ميان در بين انواع سيستم هاي حمل و نقل عمومي، سامانه اتوبوس هاي تندرو يكي از كارآمدترين و موثرترين روش هاي حمل و نقل عمومي مي باشد كه داراي مزاياي فراواني بوده و در اكثر كلانشهرهاي دنيا و از جمله ايران مورد استفاده قرار مي گيرد. از آنجايي كه اجراي سامانه اتوبوس هاي تندرو نيازمند ايجاد اجزا مشخص و استفاده از مسير، اتوبوس و ايستگاه و تجهيزات خاص مي باشد، مي تواند بر واحدهاي همسايگي خود تاثيرات فراوان اقتصادي و اجتماعي به صورت مستقيم و غيرمستقيم داشته باشد. اين تحقيق به دنبال يافتن تاثيرات و تاثيرات متفاوت اجراي سامانه حمل و نقل اتوبوس هاي تندرو بر بافت پيرامون مسكوني و تجاري خود در كلانشهر تبريز مي باشدبر اين اساس با استفاده از مطالعات كتابخانه اي و پژوهش هاي ميداني شاخص هاي تاثيرگذاري مسير BRT بر همسايگي هاي مجاور مشخص گرديده است و سپس با استفاده از نتايج بررسي هاي ميداني و با بهره گيري از تحليل هاي توصيفي و استنباطي به پرسش هاي تحقيق پاسخ داده شده است. تحليل و ارزيابي پرسشنامه هاي جمع آوري شده از تاثيرات سامانه BRT بر حوزه هاي تاثيرگذار نشان مي دهد كه واكنش حوزه هاي درگير با كاربري هاي متفاوت مسكوني و تجاري نسبت به اين طرح متفاوت مي باشد. و اجراي طرح داراي تاثيرات مثبت و منفي بر بافت پيرامون خود بوده است. و در حالي كه توانسته است رضايت نسبي ساكنان اطراف مسير را تامين نمايد در رضايت مندي كسبه اطراف ناموفق بوده است.

Today the phenomenon of the urbanization has made the most complicated issues and challenges in the urban affairs and the urban transportation is one of the most essential problems in the process of the urban planning issues in this regard. Hence, the construction of the most suitable infrastructures regarding to the transportation affairs and praising the whole citizens to apply the same public transportation systems such as the buses, Metro can be considered as the main fundamental challenges of the urban managers in this pavement. Among this, the system of the bus rapid transportation is considered as one of the most effective approaches in the field of the public transportation efficiently. This makes also the high potential benefits being used in many various cities of Iran. Since the application of this kind of the transportation system needs special equipments, it will affect on the neighborhood affairs directly or indirectly economically and socially. The main purpose of the study is to investigate the impacts of the BRT transportation systems on the residential and commercial contexts in Tabriz Mega-city. Based on this, the impacts of the BRT path has been specified by the application of many various library and field-based studies and then the research questions have been responded by the use of the field-based studies and the descriptive and inferential analysis. The analysis of the gathered questionnaires from the impact of the BRT system shows that the reaction of challenging fields along with the residential and commercial units are completely different towards the implementation of this plan while it has been attracted the satisfaction of the residents and commercial units relatively in relation to the implementation of the related plan potentially.
