وظيفه‌گرايي و اصل مسيوليت معرفتي در دنياي سايبري

Deontology and the Principle of Epistemic Responsibility in the Cyber World

چكيده يكي از بارزترين ويژگي‌هاي عصر اطلاعات و شبكه‌هاي ارتباطاتي، انفجار اطلاعات و رشد بسترهاي جديد دستيابي به اطلاعات است. بي‌ترديد، يكي از اصلي‌ترين محمل‌هاي مطرح براي نيل به داده و به تبع آن حصول به اطلاعات و شكل‌گيري باورها‌، دنياي مجازي‌اينترنت است. بانگاهي به ملزومات مطرح در دنياي سايبري، مي‌توان دريافت كه تعريف سنتي از معرفت و تاكيد بر باور صادق موجه براي نيل به معرفت در دنياي مجازي، با نقايصي همراه است. وجود الگوريتم‌هاي فيلتري و فرايندهاي فني مطرح در دنياي سايبري، شناساگر را ملزم مي‌كند به مولفه جديدي به نام اصل مسيوليت معرفتي و وظيفه‌گرايي معرفتي توجه كند.‌اين مقاله، با روش تحليلي و واكاوي تعريف سنتي موجود از مثلث معرفتي كه بر سه ركن باور‌، صادق و موجه تاكيد دارد، مي‌كوشد ضرورت توجه به تغيير شكل هندسي‌اين مثلث سنتي به مربع جديدي را برجسته كند كه متضمن اصل مسيولانه بودن روند شكل‌گيري باور در دنياي سايبري باشد.

Abstract One of the most prominent features of the age of information and communication networks is the explosion of information and the development of new grounds for gaining access to information. Undoubtedly, the virtual world is one of the most important paths through which one can get access to data and information and as a result form beliefs. Reviewing the requirements of the cyber world, one can discern that the traditional definition of knowledge and the emphasis on justified true belief as a channel to acquire knowledge in the cyber world suffers some deficiencies. Because of filtering algorithms and technical procedures involved in the cyber world, the knower is required to pay attention to new elements such as the principle of epistemic responsibility and deontology. Analyzing the traditional definition of the trio elements as knowledge, the present article tries to draw more attention to a new dimension in cyber-related epistemology which includes the principle of responsibility in the process of belief-formation in the cyber world.
