كاربست هاي نظريه گزينش عقلاني در تبيين جرايم و ارايه دلالت هاي سياستي براي پيشگيري از جرم

Application of Rational Choice Theory in Crimes Explanation and Offering of the Theory’s Implication for Prevention of Crime

امروزه گسترش رفتارهاي مجرمانه موجب اتلاف بسياري از سرمايه هاي انساني و اقتصادي شده است. ظهور و فراز و فرودهاي تيوري هاي مرتبط با اين گونه رفتارها در طول تاريخ مطالعات جرم شناختي گواهي بر اين ادعا مي باشد. نظريه گزينش عقلاني يكي از تيوري هايي است كه چنين فراز و فرودهايي را تجربه كرده است. با آنكه ريشه هاي اصلي اين جريان در مكتب كلاسيك جرم شناسي قرار دارد، با اين حال، امروزه اين رويكرد شهرت و كاربست پذيري عمده اش را مديون مكتب نيوكلاسيك يا همان جريان انتخاب عقلاني نوين ميباشد. توجه نظريه گزينش عقلاني به هردوي ويژگي هاي جرم و مجرم، اين رويكرد را به جرياني متفاوت تر و پوياتر - خواه نسبت به ريشه هاي كلاسيك ترش و يا نسبت به تيوري هاي معاصر جرم شناختي بدل كرده است. هدف اصلي اين مقاله، علاوه بر توصيف سير تدريجي نظريه گزينش عاقلانه در طول چند قرن اخير، توجه به دو ركن اصلي اين تيوري يا همان دو ويژگي جرم و مجرم و همچنين نشان دادن چگونگي تاثير تعامل و تركيب اين دو عامل بر برون دادهاي مجرمانه ميباشد. درنهايت، مباحث نظر ي -كه عمدتا حاصل تاكيد گزينش عاقلانه بر كنش ها و ساختارها بوده - به منظور طراحي و اجراي سياست گذاري هاي پيش گيرانه براي علاقه مندان به اين حوزه آورده شده است.

today, expanding of criminals’ behavior has been resulted in both of human and economical capital’s destruction. Related theories appearance and up and down moving during criminological studies’ history can be interpreted as a witness of this claiming. Rational choice theory is a one of these theories that experienced such progresses. Although basic roots of rational choice theory placed in criminological classical school, today, the approach owes its main applicability and reputation to neo-classical school or modern rational choice theory. Rational choice theory’s regarding to both of offender and offence’s properties shifted the approach differently and dynamically whether in comparison with its classical roots or in comparison with criminological contemporary theories. Moreover than describing of gradually flowing of rational choice theory in recent centuries, main goal of present article is concern about two-principle foundations of the theory or in other word is regard to both of offender and offence’s properties. Also, showing of outputs of integration of both of offender and offence’s traits’ affects on criminological events is this article another aim. Finally, theoretically discussing- that chiefly is product of focusing of rational choice theory on both of practical and structural aspects- has been offered for planning and accomplishment of prevention policies for who is interested in this scope
