بررسي برخي پيامد هاي معرفتي و سياسي آموزه هاي رورتي وگادامردرباب حقيقت

Study of Some Epistemological and Political Consequences of Rorty and Gadamerʹʹs Doctrines on Truth

در اين مقاله، به بررسي انتقادي آموزه هاي رورتي و گادامر در باب حقيقت از طريق تحليل پيامدهاي نامطلوب معرفتي و سياسي آن پرداخته مي شود. رورتي حقيقت را نفي مي كند و آن را صرفاً بيانگر ويژگي جمله ها مي داند. اما گادامر حقيقت را نفي نمي كند و آن را به مثابه آشكارشدگي، واقعه اي مي داند كه از دل گفت و گو آشكار مي گردد و آدمي به مقتضاي سنتي كه درون آن پرتاب شده است از حقيقت بهره ا ي محدود، سيال و تاريخمند مي برد. با وجود اينكه آموزه هاي گادامر و رورتي در تفسير و پذيرش حقيقت مختلف اند، اما با پيامدهاي مشابه اي مواجه اند، و اين امر درست برخلاف آن چيزي است كه آن‌ها مي خواهند: نسبي گرايي معرفتي، نفي اصالت عقل، نفي انديشه انتقادي، امتناع اصلاح گري، امتناع گفت و گو، خشونت و به خطر انداختن آزادي عقلاني.

In this article, the author deals with the critical study of Rorty and Gadamerʹs doctrines on truth through analyzing its undesirable epistemological and political consequences. Rorty denies truth and believes that it is merely the indicator of sentences specification. But Gadamer does not deny truth and believes it is as event of appearance which flourishes from within the dialogue and man enjoys the truth according to the tradition in which he has been, but in a limited, dynamic and historical way. Although Gadamer and Rortyʹs doctrines in the interpretation and admission of truth are different,the face similar epistemological and political consequences that are the opposite of what they want: epistemological relativism, irrationalism, denial of critical idea, refusal of reformism, refusal of dialogue, violence and putting at risk rational freedom.
