بررسي تاثير شاخص‌هاي سه‌گانه جهاني‎شدن بر ساخت منابع انساني: مطالعه داده‌هاي پانل دوره 2005 تا 2011

The Effect of Triple Indicators of Globalization on the Human Resources Building: A Panel Data Study from 2005 to 2011

در مقاله حاضر، تاثير جهاني‎شدن بر اساس شاخص كوف بر شاخص ساخت منابع انساني (BHR) ميان 56 كشور جهان، در بازه زماني 2005 تا 2011 بررسي شده است. در الگوي پژوهش كنوني، شاخص ساخت منابع انساني متغير وابسته است و ابعاد سه‌گانه جهاني‎شدن (اقتصادي، سياسي و اجتماعي) متغيرهاي مستقل در نظر گرفته شدند. روش پژوهش پيش رو از نوع روش‌هاي اقتصادسنجي است و از روش تحليل داده‌هاي پانل و تحليل رگرسيون تعميم‎يافته با روش GLS براي تجزيه‎وتحليل و آزمون فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش استفاده شده است. يافته‌هاي تخمين مدل رگرسيون تعميم‎يافته براي جامعه آماري، نشان مي‌دهد ضرايب متغيرهاي جهاني‎شدن سياسي، اقتصادي و اجتماعي در سطح اطمينان كمتر از 05/0 معنادارند. جهاني‎شدن سياسي با ضريب 0056/0 و اجتماعي با ضريب 0260/0 بر ساخت منابع انساني به‎صورت مستقيم تاثير مي‎گذارد و تاثير جهاني‎شدن اقتصادي با ضريب 0062/0- بر ساخت منابع انساني به‎صورت معكوس است. بنابراين مي‌توان گفت جهاني‎شدن در جنبه‌هاي مختلف آن تاثير معناداري بر ساخت منابع انساني در كشورها دارد.

In recent years, the issue of globalization has become the focus of researchers and policymakers. There are some Indicators to measure and evaluate globalization in different countries. The KOF Index is the most famous index which measure three aspects of globalization: economic, political, and social. In this paper, the impact of globalization on the building human resource (BHR) among the 56 countries in the period 2005 to 2011 was reviewed. In the present articleʹs model, the building human resource index plays as the dependent variable and the three dimensions of globalization (economic, political and social) are considered as independent variables. The method of analysis is econometric methods: regression analysis and generalized panel GLS. The analysis was performed using the software STATA version 12. The findings of estimates for the generalized regression model show that the coefficients of the variables global political, economic and social confidence level is less than 5oo significant. The political impact of globalization (its coefficient of 0.0056) and social (quality factor of 0.0260) to build human resources directly impact economic globalization (its coefficient of -0.0062) build human resources to reverse. It can be said that globalization in its various aspects has significant influence on the construction of the countryʹs human resources.
