Explaining the Role of Privatization on the Depth and Width Indexes of Tehran Stoke Exchange

يكي از مباحث داغ و مطالب روز اقتصاد ايران در اين روزها، موضوع واگذاري دستگاه‌هاي اجرايي دولتي به‌ويژه شركت‌هاي دولتي و ميدان‌دادن به فعاليت‌هاي بخش خصوصي است. امروزه كمتركشوري را در جهان مي‌توان يافت كه درحال اجراي برنامه‌هاي خصوصي‌سازي نباشد. به‌جرات مي‌توان گفت كه خصوصي‌سازي يكي از مهم‌ترين مولفه‌هاي اقتصادي قرن بيست‌ويكم است. خصوصي‌سازي فرايندي اجرايي،مالي و حقوقي است كه دولت‌ها در بسياري از كشورها براي انجام اصلاحات در اقتصاد و نظام اداري خود،آن را اجرايي مي‌كنند. در پژوهش حاضر سعي شده است تاثير خصوصي‌سازي بر شاخص‌هاي عمق وعرض بورس اوراق بهادار تهران ــ كه از شاخص‌هاي توسعه بازار سهام است ــ بررسي شود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش، كليه شركت‌هاي پذيرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طي سال‌هاي 1384تا 1390 است. جهت بررسي رابطه خصوصي‌سازي با توسعه بازار سهام، از مدل رگرسيون تركيبي و از 81شركت منتخب به‌عنوان نمونه از يك دوره هفت‌ساله استفاده شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه خصوصي‌سازي با شاخص عمق بورس اوراق بهادار رابطه مثبت و معناداري دارد ولي با شاخص عرض رابطه معناداري ندارد.

One of the hot issues andtodayʹs topics on the Iran economy these days is the subject assignment to the government`s administrative systems, particularly state enterprises and giving space to private sector of activities. Nowadays few other countries can be found in the world that who are not implementing the privatization program,and dare to be said that privatization is one of the most important of economic components in the twenty-first century.The privatization isthe process of administrative,financial and legal that govern-ments in many countries to reform their economic and administrative systemsmake it ex-ecutable. In The present study we looking for to examine the impact of privatization on the depth, breadth and efficiency indicators of the Tehran Stock Exchange stock mar-ket,that which are indicators of stock market development, we are. The population of this study, all companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange during the period 1384 to 1390 is. And To investigate the relationship between stock market development and privatization of the combined regression model was used. The results of the 81 companies selected as the sample is taken from a seven-year period. The results also showed that privatization has a positive and significant relationship with depth index Stock Exchange, However, no significant correlation between performance indicators and width.
