تحليل عملكرد فضايي مراكز آموزش عالي در توسعه پايدار فرهنگ شهري كلان شهر تهران

Higher Education Centers Performance Space to Examine Cultural Sustainable Development of urban in Tehran as Metropolitan

مراكز آموزش عالی كلان­شهر تهران به‌عنوان بخشی از فضاهای پررونق شهری، به‌دلیل داشتن پتانسیل­ها  و ظرفیت­های بالقوه فرهنگی، از جمله مستعدترین فضاهای فرهنگی این شهر در توسعه پایدار فرهنگ شهری به شمار می‌روند. بنابراین شناخت ابعاد و ماهیت مراكز آموزش عالی در این كلان­شهر، اهمیت بسیاری دارد. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی وتحلیل فضایی عملكرد مراكز آموزش عالی در ارتقای فرهنگ شهرنشینی در كلان­شهر تهران است كه بیانگـر رابطـه­ی مراكز آموزش عالی و فرهنـگ شهرنشینی در كلان­شهرها است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی - تحلیلی  و مبتنی بر دو روش مطالعات كتابخانه­ای و میدانی است. برای بررسی موردی، مناطق 3 و 19 شهر تهران انتخاب شده و از طریق توزیع پرسش­نامه، شناخت ویژگی­ها و آزمون فرضیات بررسی شدند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می­دهد كه رابطه­ی معنی­داری میان این دو وجود دارد؛ به این شكل كه مراكز آموزش عالی كلان­شهر تهران در توسعه­ پایدار فرهنگ  شهری تأثیرگذار بوده­اند، اما این رابطه در منطقه­ 3 قوی­تر از منطقه­ی 19 بوده است.  

Higher education centers as a part of the active urban areas, including the potential cultural capacities, and presenting services in high levels of urban society are considered the best urban cultural spaces of sustainable development of urban culture, therefore understanding the dimensions and nature of higher education centers in the metropolisis very important. This study aimed to identify and analyze performance space higher education centers in promoting urban culture in the Tehran metropolitan represent the relationship between higher education centers and urbanization culture in the metropolitan. In this study, descriptive research and analytical method are based on two studies, library and athletic. Which two zone 3 and 19 of Tehran for the case study were selected and by distributing questionnaires to identify features and test assumptions were examined. The survey results show that there is a significant relationship between these two regions.to form the metropolis Tehran Higher education centers  in urban culture sustainable development have influenced Tehran.  But this relationship is stronger than region19is in district 3.
