جايگاه مردم در تاريخ سياسي قديم و جديد ايران بر اساس رويكرد «دوران»‌محور

The Position of People in New and Old Political History Based on Era-Centered Approach (Focusing on Certain Perspectives, Resources, and Political Developments in the History of Iran)

تاریخ سیاسی هر كشوری جلوه‎گاه عملی آن است. این حوزه سرشار از اطلاعاتی است كه می‎تواند روشمند مورد شناسایی قرارگیرد. یكی از موضوعات مهم آن، تبلور مردم در عرصۀ سیاست است. تبلور مردم یعنی نوع نگاه سیاست و سیاستمداران به مردم و نوع نگاه و رویكرد مردم به سیاست و اصحاب قدرت كه خود را در نحوۀ فعالیت و تعامل آن‌ها با یكدیگر در حوزۀ قدرت سیاسی نشان ‎می‎دهد. امروزه، موضوع تعامل مردم با قدرت سیاسی از تنوّع بسیاری برخوردار شده و یكی از موضوعات «در حال شدن» به‎حساب ‎می‎آید؛ یعنی، روزبه‎روز بر ابعاد جدید آن افزوده و تعمیق و تكمیل می‎شود. با توجه به رویكرد «دوران‎محور» با نگاهی به منابع تاریخی می‎توان به نمود مردم در تاریخ سیاسی پرداخت. شناسایی جایگاه مردم در تاریخ سیاسی در حوزۀ دانش تاریخ از پیچیدگی و ظرافت خاصی برخوردار است كه بحث روش از الزامات مهم آن است. پرداختن به روش و بررسی موردی آن در این مقاله صورت‎ می‎گیرد. از یافته‎های این پژوهش آن است كه در منابع تاریخی و دیگر منابع اندیشه‎ای اجتماعی و سیاسی، در یك تقسیم‎بندی، دو دوران متفاوت قدیم و جدید در تاریخ سیاسی و اجتماعی مطرح است كه مردم در دو جایگاه متفاوت با یكدیگر قرار دارند. جلوه‎ها و نمودهای اجتماعی و سیاسی آن‌ها با توجه به ویژگی‎هایی چون «آگاهی»، «اراده» و «كنشگری» در دوران جدید نسبت به دوران قدیم، از گستردگی، عمق و تنوّع بیشتری برخوردار است.

  The political history of any country represents an important action. This domain is full of information that can be methodically studied. One of its important issues is the peopleʹs representation, which means the way politics and politicians view people and the way people view politics and politicians, revealing itself in the manners of acts and interactions between them in the domain of political power. Nowadays, the issue of peopleʹs interaction with the political power has enjoyed a great variety and is considered an issue that "is being done"; in other words, new dimensions are added to it every day, making it deeper and more thorough. Given the "time-based" approach, we can see the representation of people in the political history with a glance at historical resources. Identifying the status of people in the political history enjoys a particular complexity in the field of historical knowledge. One of its requirements is discussion on method. This paper explores the method and a case study of it. Among the findings of this research is that there are two different old and new eras in the social and political history in one classification in historical resources and other resources of political and social thought. Their social and political representations in terms of such characteristics as "awareness", "determination", and "activism" are more extended, deeper, and more various in the new era compared to the old era.
