عوامل مؤثر بر رشد صنايع نساجي مازندران در عصر پهلوي

Influential Factors on Growth of Mazandaran Textile Industries in Pahlavi Era

تأسیس و رشد صنعت نساجی در عصر پهلوی، مازندران را به عنوان یكی از قطب‎های این صنعت در ایران مطرح‎ كرد. نساجی مازندران نقش قابل ملاحظه‎ای در خودكفایی صنایع نساجی ایران در دهۀ40 خورشیدی داشته‎ است. با وجود این، صنایع نساجی مازندران در دوران تأسیس و شكوفایی با چالش‎های متعددی از جمله كمبود نیروی انسانی متخصص و تأثیرپذیری از تنش‎های سیاسی مواجه‎ بوده ‎است. با سقوط سلطنت پهلوی، كارخانجات نساجی مازندران پس از انقلاب اسلامی نیز در سطح محلی به حیات خود ادامه ‎دادند، اما هیچگاه قادر به احیای شكوفایی پیشین خویش نبوده‎ است. در سال‎های اخیر، ضعف در عرصه‎های گوناگون، موجب رو به تعطیلی رفتن این مجموعۀ صنعتی شده ‎است. درك صحیح از این رویداد، لزوم بررسی عوامل تاریخی رشد این صنعت را در مازندران مطرح‎ می‎سازد. لذا، این نوشتار در پی آن است كه با اتكا بر اسناد و مطبوعات به‎جا‎مانده از آن دوران، در كنار منابع تحقیقاتی مكتوب و مصاحبۀ میدانی از شاغلان قدیمی در این صنعت، به بازسازی تاریخی این صنعت محلی و تبیین نقش آن در صنایع ملّی بپردازد.

  The establishment and growth of the textile industry in the Pahlavi era made Mazandaran one of the poles in the industry in Iran. Mazandaran textile Industries played a considerable role in Iranʹs self-sufficiency in the 1340s on the solar calendar. However, during its establishment and flourishing period, Mazandaran textile Industry faced numerous challenges, including a shortage of skilled manpower and the impacts of political tensions. With the fall of the Pahlavi dynasty, which was the founder of the modern textile industry in Mazandaran, textile factories in the city continued to exist at the local level after the Islamic Revolution. But they were never able to restore their previous flourishing condition. In recent years, weaknesses in various areas have resulted in the closure of the industry. A correct understanding of the event necessitates the need to review the history of the growth of this industry in Mazandaran. The following article is based on documents and press left from that era, along with written sources and interviews, and field studies of former workers in the industry. It aims to historically rebuild this local industry and explore its role in Iranʹs national industries.
