Measuring the Satisfaction of Public Transportation Users in the South Alborz Area

جابه‌جايي و حركت، نياز اساسي زندگي بشر در تمام اعصار بوده و امروزه نيز با وجود پيشرفت‌هاي الكترونيك در فضاي سايبري، جز جدايي‌ناپذير زندگي محسوب مي‌شود. هدف اصلي اين مقاله، ضرورت توجه به ابعاد رضايتمندي مصرف‌كنندگان سيستم‌هاي حمل‌و‌نقل عمومي به ويژه سيستم حمل‌و‌نقل عمومي BRT، بر مبناي تكنيك‌هاي آماري است. در اين مقاله به بررسي رضايتمندي مسافران از سيستم BRT در قالب تكنيك پرسشنامه‌اي پرداخته شده است. بر اين اساس، روش مطالعه، توصيفي- تحليلي بوده كه از تكنيك‌هايي؛ همچون پرسشنامه، مشاهده و مطالعه اسنادي استفاده شده است. در عين حال براي تحليل داده‌هاي به دست آمده، علاوه‌بر مشاهده مشاركتي در دوره زماني 6 ماه، از تكنيك‌هاي آماري؛ مانند تحليل عاملي، رگرسيون و غيره استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان‌دهنده موثر بودن چهار عامل در رضايتمندي از سيستم BRT است. عوامل اساسي استخراج شده؛ شامل خدمات، سرعت، رفتار و خصوصيات فيزيكي اتوبوس‌ها مي‌باشند. در نهايت، در اين تحقيق مشخص شد لزوم تداوم بهره‌برداري مسافران از سامانه BRT نيازمند بازنگري در ابعاد آن در قالب سنجش رضايتمندي مي‌باشد؛ به طور كلي، هرگونه برنامه‌ريزي در مقياس جغرافيايي شهر، نيازمند توجه به نياز شهروندان و مشاركت دادن تمام اقشار جامعه در فرايند برنامه‌ريزي است.

Mobility and movement are the basic needs of human life in all ages and today, although there are advances in electronics in cyberspace, it is an integral component of human life. The main purpose of this paper is to explain the importance of customer satisfaction dimensions from public transportation systems especially BRT system, based on statistical techniques. So this paper examines the BRT system in terms of passenger satisfaction by questionnaire technique. Accordingly, the research method is descriptive and analytical that uses some techniques such as questionnaires, observation and the study of the documents. At the same time to analyze the data, in addition to participatory observation period of 6 months, statistical techniques, such as factor analysis, regression, etc were used. The results show the effectiveness of four factors in the satisfaction of BRT system. The fundamental factors are service, speed, behavior and physical properties of BRT system. Finally, this research suggests that continuous use of travelers of the BRT system is depend on a review of their satisfaction. In general, any geographical scale city planning, attention to the needs of citizens and the participation of all segments of society in the planning process. In general, we must note to the citizens and participation of all of the society parts in the planning process in any geographical scale city planning.
