كاركرد عدالت سياسي در كنترل قدرت سياسي در انديشه اسلامي با تاكيد بر ديدگاه امام خميني(ره)

The function of political justice in controlling political power: with emphasis on Imam Khomenis point of view in this respect

عدالت يكي از مفاهيم مهمي است كه امام خميني(ره) همواره بر آن تاكيد داشته‌اند تا آن جا كه محوري‌ترين جهت گيري سياسي، اجتماعي از ديدگاه ايشان به شمار مي‌رود. ايجاد جامعه‌اي مستقل، تحقق عدالت در جهت گيري‌هاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي،سياسي و فرهنگ از اهداف اساسي حكومت اسلامي است .امام خميني(ره) در سيره نظري و مواضع عملي خود يكي از مهم‌ترين اهداف نظام سياسي را تحقق قسط وعدالت در جامعه بر شمرده و در موارد مختلف اين واژه را براي تمايزحكومت حق به كار برده است. با عنايت به جهان بيني و مبانيِ فلسفيِ حاكم بر انديشه سياسي حضرت امام، به نظر مي‌رسد ابزارهاي مختلفي از درون كنترل كننده قدرت سياسي حاكم مي‌باشد، اما آنچه كه در كنترلِ قدرتِ سياسي از بعد دروني در انديشه حضرت امام بيشتر مطرح بوده و مورد تاكيد خاص قرار گرفته و براي تحديد قدرت سياسي حاكمان در هر زمان و مكاني نقش داشته را مي‌توان: عدالت، ايمان، تقوا و علم و آگاهي به اسلام دانست كه در اين پژوهش مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد، بنابراين ابزارهاي دروني كنترل قدرت همان صفات و ويژگي هايي برتري است كه در اخلاق و رفتار صاحبان قدرت و حاكمان اسلامي نقش بنيادي دارد و در سخنان امام خميني(ره) بر آنها تاكيد فراوان رفته و لزوم داشتن اين ويژگي‌ها براي مسيولان نظام توصيه‌هاي خاصّي گرديده است.

Justice is one of the key points on which Imam put too much stress. That’s why it is one of the fundamental principals in his social –political standpoints. To provide an independence society and the realization of justice in economy, society, political and cultural tendencies are fundamental goals in Islamic government. Imam Khomeini(PEASE BE UP ON HIM ) in his theoretical and practical positions considered the realization of justice in society ,one of the significant goals in political system .and in many cases has used this word (justice) in order to discriminate the right government from others or (wrong). Pursuant to theology and philosophical bases governing his political thoughts, it seems different tools from within control the governing political power. but ,what controls political powers from inside dimension in Imams ‘s political thoughts , and have been emphasized and fundamental role in political power for rulers in any time and territory ,which is considered as the subject of this paper , are: justice, faith, piety , knowledge around Islam .thus internal instruments for controlling the power is majesty features in the conduct of power owners and has had the main role in an Islamic government which has been emphasized greatly in Imams words therefore he has recommended public officials of Islamic system to have and take into consideration such merits .
