تبيين شاخص هاي دانشگاه كارآفرين در آموزش عالي از طريق سيستم استنتاج فازي:مطالعه اي در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد قايمشهر

Exploring the Indexes of Entrepreneurial University in Higher Education through Fuzzy Inference System at Islamic Azad University, Qaemshahr Branch

چكيده امروزه نقش يك دانشگاه كارآفرين در يك محيط پويا از اقتصاد دانش بنيان؛ حمايت از توسعه اقتصادي از طريق افزايش ميزان و كيفيت تحقيقات (بنيادي و كاربردي) است، و انتقال سريع چنين دانش جديدي به جامعه از طريق آموزش و كارآفريني محقق مي گردد. از طرفي هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبيين و بررسي وضعيت كارآفريني دانشگاهي و شاخص هاي دانشگاه كارآفرين، شامل: مولفه هاي چشم انداز، ماموريت و استراتژي دانشگاه؛ حاكميت و اداره دانشگاه؛ ساختار و طرح سازماني؛ چند رشته اي، فرا رشته اي؛قدرت نفوذ و استفاده از منابع متنوع؛مديريت ذينفعان و ارزش هاي جامعه؛ دانش-آموختگان؛انتقال دانش؛ مركز رُشد، تامين مالي مخاطرات در شركت هاي مشتق از دانشگاه؛ بين المللي سازي، و در نهايت، آموزش كارآفرينانه و آموزش سرمايه گذاري، در آموزش عالي از طريق سيستم استنتاج فازي مي باشد. روش اين پژوهش از نظر نحوه‌ گردآوري داده‌ها، روش پيمايشي و از نظر مقاصد پژوهش، كاربردي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش نيز اساتيد،خبرگان و مسيولين دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد قايمشهر در امر كارآفريني مي باشند. در تحقيق پيش روي، براي جمع آوري داده ها از پرسش نامه استاندارد دانشگاه كارآفرين گيب2 (2012)، و به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از آزمون فرضيه فازياستفاده شده است. يافته ها نشان داد كه كارآفريني دانشگاهي و ويژگي هاي دانشگاه كارآفرين در دانشگاه مورد مطالعه، در وضعيت نامطلوبي قرار دارند. در نهايت بايد اشاره كرد كه نظام علم اغلب كشورها در پاسخ گويي به نياز فزاينده اجتماعي و اقتصادي به دانش و فناوري در حال تغيير و تحول هستند، و نظريه دانشگاه كارآفرين يكي از مدل هاي مطرح شده براي تبيين چهره جديد و متحول شده دانشگاه ها است.

Abstract The roleof an entrepreneurial university inthe dynamic environmentofthe knowledge-based economy is supporting the economic development through increasing the quantity and the quality of research(basic and applied). The rapid transferof the new knowledge tothe community is possible through education and entrepreneurship. The purpose of the present research is exploration and investigating the condition of academic entrepreneurship and indexes of the entrepreneurial university, Including mission, strategy, governance, organization and organizational design, multidiscipline, transdicipline, leverage, applying different resources, public value and stakeholder management, alumni, knowledge transfer, incubation, cross all departmental spin offs venture funding, internationalization, and enterprise and entrepreneurship education in higher education through Fuzzy Inference System. The method used in this study is survey method (in terms of data collection) and an applied research (in terms of research purposes). Statistical population of the present study includes professors, specialists,and administrators of Islamic Azad University, Qaemshahr branch. Entrepreneurial university questionnaire designed by Gibb (2012) was used for data collection, and the Fuzzy Hypothesis Testwas used for data analysis. Results showed that academic entrepreneurship and Indexes of entrepreneurial university in the intended were in undesirable status. Science systems in the world have been in transition for better responding to social and economic needs to knowledge and technology. Entrepreneurial university is one of the suggested models for describing a new and modified picture for universities
