Issuing of new orders in the era of Imam of the Time

بر اساس روايات، امام زمان? امري جديد مي‌آورد كه از يك‌سو سبب برداشت نادرست دوستان و از سوي ديگر، سو استفاده و تبليغات منفي دشمنان شده است. پرسش اين است كه با توجه به اصول اسلام _ كه شيعه اماميه نيز به آن معتقد است _ در تفسير اين روايات چه احتمال‌هايي قابل پذيرش‌اند و چه احتمال‌هايي پذيرفتني نيستند. برخي احتمال‌ها در اين‌باره مطرح شده‌اند كه در اين نوشتار بررسي مي‌شوند و افزون بر آن، نگارنده نيز احتمال‌هايي را كه موجه مي‌داند مطرح مي‌كند. در مجموع، هفت احتمال بررسي مي‌شود كه برخي از آن‌ها قطعاً مردودند؛ چون با اصول و محكمات كتاب و سنت سازگار نيست مانند اين احتمال كه حضرت حجت? دين و شريعتي جديد مي‌آورد كه نه‌تنها دليل و روايت معتبري ندارد، بلكه روايات معتبر متعددي برخلاف آن است و با اصول قطعي اسلام كه اماميه هم بدان اعتقاد دارد، ناسازگار است؛ همچنين اين‌كه حضرت? احكامي جديد تشريع كند نيز صحيح نيست؛ زيرا امامان? شارع نيستند. و نيز اين‌كه احكامي در نزد امام مهدي? به وديعت نهاده شده و ايشان هم آن‌ها را بيان مي‌كند، بر اساس برخي امور تضعيف مي‌شود. احتمال‌هايي كه به نظر نگارنده موجه است بدين قرارند: الف) بيان دوباره احكامي كه پيامبر? ابلاغ كرده است؛ ب) تفسير اسلام متناسب با شرايط زمان ظهور؛ ج) بيان زيرمجموعه‌ها و مصاديق عناوين عام كتاب و سنت.

According to the accounts of tradition, Imam of the Time brings new orders in his rule, a proposition that has created misunderstandings amongst friends on the one hand, and the abuse and the negative propaganda of the enemies on the other hand. The question is, according to the principles of Islam, to which the Shia Imami or Imamieh (the twelver followers) also adheres and believes, which of these narratives interpretations are acceptable and which are unacceptable. Some possibilities according to Islamic principles, are not acceptable. Some of the possibilities that have been discussed are subject of this article to examine, and in addition, the author also finds and suggests other possibilities. In total, seven possibilities are considered likely that some of them certainly rejected because they are not compatible with the robust principles of Quran and tradition. For instance, the tradition that discusses that the Imam will bring a new religion is not only undocumented validly but also several authentic traditions are against it. It is not credible, because it is against the requirements of Islam and beliefs of the Imamieh. The author believes that Imam will not issue new orders because Imams are not legislators. So it is not correct. However, it can be valid to say some rules are entrusted to them to provide their input and, according to that some of the other powers decrease. The possibilities which are justified in my opinion are: i) re-stating the rules that have been once notified originally by the prophet b) interpretation of Islam in accordance with the terms and time of the appearance; c) expression of the sub-categories and universal example topics of Scripture and tradition.
