بررسي ارنباط آموزش دروس كارگاهي صنايع چوب با حرفه شغلي آنان

The Relationship between Under-Graduate Workshop Courses in Wood Industry and the Students’ Career

توسعه هر جامعه در گروي تربيت نيروي انساني ماهر و متخصص است. در اين خصوص دانشگاه ها نقش بسزايي براي رسيدن به اين مهم دارند. تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي اثر بخشي دروس كارشناسي ناپيوسته صنايع چوب در بازار كار انجام شد، تا بتوان به مفيد و موثر بودن محتواي دروس تخصصي اين رشته با نيازهاي بازار كار پي برد. ابتدا سه درس مهم اتصالات چوبي، تعمير و نگهداري ماشين آلات صنايع چوب، طراحي و اجراي قالب هاي چوبي، كه در بازار كار نقش مهمي را ايفا مي كند، انتخاب گرديد. ابزار گردآوري داده ها پرسش نامه بود و ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه شده براي اين پرسش نامه 89/. تعيين شد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش 89 نفر از فارغ التحصيلان كارشناسي ناپيوسته صنايع چوب دانشگاه تربيت دبير شهيد رجايي مي باشد. تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي بوده و از حيث رويكرد جمع آوري داده ها از نوع توصيفي، پيمايشي و همبستگي است. نتايج نشان داد دو درس اتصالات چوبي و تعمير و نگهداري ماشين آلات صنايع چوب تاثير كم و درس طراحي و اجراي قالب هاي چوبي تاثير خيلي كمي بر حرفه شغلي دانش آموختگان رشته صنايع چوب داشت. بنابراين اصلاح و بهبود محتواي دروس و به روز رساني آن مطابق با انتظارات بازار كار، صنعت و پيشرفت تكنولوژي، امري ضروري به نظر مي رسد.

Development of any society lies in training skilled and expert human resources. Therefore, universities play an important role in achieving this goal. The aim of this research was to study the effectiveness of some wood technology under-graduate courses in order to get an insight into whether these courses are useful and effective for market needs. Thus, three courses of wood joints including wood industry machinery maintenance and wood molding (designing and derforming wood molds) were selected due to their essential role in the job market. Questionnaires were distributed to gather data, and based on Cronbach’s alpha, the reliability of the questionnaire turned out to be %89. The research sample (89 participants) included wood technology under-graduates (engineers) of ShahidRajaee Teacher Training University (SRTTU). The participants were selected randomly. The data was analyzed through descriptive statistics using SPSS software. The results indicated that there is a relationship between the two courses including "wood joints" and wood industrial machinery maintenance" and the job skills of wood technology engineers while there is a weaker relationship between the other course "wood molding" and the above mentioned skills. Thus, it seems essential to modify, improve and update the content of these courses based on the expectations and demands of the job market, industry, and technology development.
