Characteristics of Sustainable Political Development in Light of the Guidelines of Imam Ali (AS)

بسياري از كشور‌هاي درحال توسعه، به‌‌ويژه كشور‌هاي مسلمان مانند ايران اسلامي، به‌‌دنبال مدلي مناسب براي رسيدن به توسعه سياسي پايدار هستند. جهان غرب، علي‌رغم موفقيت‌هاي فراوان در عرصه توسعه سياسي، از بعد معنوي و انساني دچار معضلات و مشكلات عديد‌ه‌اي در اين حيطه است. آنچه سبب شد توسعه سياسي در غرب با اين مشكلات مواجه شود، نگاه تك‌بعدي و مادي غرب به انسان و خواسته‌هاي او است. مدل‌هاي پياده‌‌شده در كشور‌هاي پيشرفته غربي را نمي‌توان عيناً در كشور‌هاي درحال توسعه پياده كرد؛ زيرا اين مدل‌ها علاوه بر نگاه تك‌‌بعدي به انسان، پيش‌زمينه‌هاي فرهنگي، اجتماعي و مذهبي اين كشور‌ها را نيز درنظر نمي‌گيرند. از اين حيث، هر ملت به يك مدل جامع مطابق با ارزش‌ها و هنجار‌هاي خود نياز دارد. با توجه به انطباق فرموده‌هاي امام علي(ع) با مسايل فرهنگي، اجتماعي و مذهبي كشور ما، به‌‌نظر مي‌رسد توسعه علوي را مي‌توان به‌‌عنوان مدلي مادر، جهت رسيدن به توسعه سياسي پايدار درنظر گرفت. در پژوهش حاضر سعي شده است با استفاده از مدل سه‌‌شاخگي (3C)، اهداف و شاخص‌هاي توسعه سياسي در سه شاخه اصلي رفتاري، ساختاري و زمينه‌اي از ديدگاه امام علي (ع) به روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي بررسي و سپس با تحليل متون و گردآوري اطلاعات به شيوه غير‌مستقيم كتابخانه‌اي و اسنادي، مدلي از توسعه سياسي پايدار منطبق با فرموده‌هاي امام علي (ع) ارايه شود.

Many of the developing countries especially Muslim countries such as Islamic Republic of Iran have been looking for a suitable model to achieve sustainable political development. Despite the great achievements in the field of political development, the West has had numerous spiritual and moral problems in this area. In fact, what caused the Western political development to face those problems has been its one-dimensional and materialist view of the human and their demands. Models practiced in the Western countries cannot be implemented in developing countries because these models not only have a one-dimensional view of the human but also fail to consider the cultural, social, and religious backgrounds of these countries. Each nation needs a comprehensive model shaped according to its values and norms. The teachings of Imam Ali (AS) match with cultural, social, and religious issues of our country, so it could serve as a comprehensive model to achieve sustainable political development. This research uses 3C model to study the goals and indexes of political development in Imam Ali’s viewpoint and analyzes the texts and gathers data to offer a local model of sustainable political development on the basis of Imam Ali’s teachings.
