بررسي رابطۀ بين منابع قدرت مديران و سلامت سازماني در ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان اصفهان

An Investigation of the Relationship Between the Empowerment of Physical education Teachers of Northern Khorasan Province and their Organizational Commitment

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی رابطۀ بین منابع قدرت مدیران و سلامت سازمانی در ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان اصفهان در سال 1389 بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، ‌420 ‌نفر از كاركنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان اصفهان بودند. یافته ­های پژوهش نشان داد منبع قدرت مرجعیت بر مؤلفه­های نفوذ مدیر، ملاحظه‌گری، پشتیبانی منابع، روحیه و تأكید علمی، منبع قدرت تخصص بر مؤلفه‌های نفوذ مدیر، ملاحظه‌گری و پشتیبانی منابع، منبع قدرت پاداش بر مؤلفه‌های نفوذ مدیر و پشتیبانی منابع، منبع قدرت اجبار و منبع قدرت قانونی، تنها بر مؤلفۀ ساخت­ دهی، منبع قدرت اطلاعات بر مؤلفه­ های یگانگی نهادی، نفوذ مدیر و پشتیبانی منابع و منبع قدرت رابطه بر مؤلفه ­های نفوذ مدیر و ملاحظه‌گری از سلامت سازمانی تأثیر داشت. در‌مجموع، به مدیران ادارات ورزش و جوانان پیشنهاد می‌شود كه  از این منابع  قدرت در جهت بهبود روابط بین مدیر و كاركنان استفاده شود تا گامی در جهت تعامل و سازش بیشتر كاركنان و ادارات ورزش و جوانان برداشته باشند.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the empowerment of physical education teachers of northern khorasan province and their organizational commitment. This research was a descriptive and survey. The population included 607 physical education teachers working in northern khorasan province schools .The respondent sample answering to the questionnaire was determined using the Morgan table (230). Spritzer’s questionnaires and Allen and Meyer’s organizational commitment were used for the purpose of data gathering. Their reliability were obtained using cronbachʹs alpha (psychological empowerment = 0.88 and organizational commitment =0.87). Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics and spearman correlation coefficient .The results showed a significant positive relationship between employees’ psychological empowerment and their organizational commitment. Also a sense of competence, meaning, self-determination, impact and trust correlated positively and significantly with the organizational commitment, affective commitment and normative commitment. On the contrary, no correlation was seen with the continuance commitment. Based on the results of this research, showing a high correlation between psychological empowerment and organizational commitment among physical education teachers, we can conclude that psychological empowerment of physical education teachers to enhance their organizational commitment seems inevitable.
