The relationship between organizational structure and entrepreneurship in Sport and Youth Organization

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي ارتباط ساختار سازماني و كارآفريني در اداره كل ورزش و جوانان در استان مازندران بود. روش پژوهش، توصيفي و از نوع مطالعات همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر، كاركنان و روساي هييت‌هاي ورزشي اداره كل ورزش و جوانان استان مازندران بودند ( 125N=). نمونه گيري به روش سرشماري بوده و كل جامعه به‌عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. براي جمع آوري داده ها، از پرسشنامه ساختار سازماني استيفن پي رابينز، كارآفريني شريفيان و ويژگي‌هاي فردي استفاده شد. روايي پرسشنامه‌ها با بهره‌گيري از نظرات اصلاحي اساتيد مديريت ورزشي، كاركنان و روساي هيات‌هاي ورزشي به‌دست آمد و پايايي آنها با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ به‌ترتيب 77/0 و 86/0 تعيين شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي آماري توصيفي و استنباطي (آزمون كالموگراف-اسميرنوف، ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون خطي) تجزيه و تحليل شدند. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه بين مولفه رسميت با كارآفريني رابطه معنادار و مثبت وجود دارد (001/0 ,P=318/0 r=). همچنين، در نتايج تحليل رگرسيون، خرده مقياس رسميت تنها پيش‌بيني كننده قوي براي افزايش كارآفريني شناخته شد. بنابراين، براساس نتايج اين پژوهش، مسوولان مي‌بايست به اين عامل به‌عنوان اصلي‌ترين عامل در كارآفريني توجه نمايند.

The aim of present study was to investigate the relationship between organizational structure and entrepreneurship in Sport and Youth Organization of Mazandaran Province. The method of this research was descriptive –correlation. The statistical population of the present study were Staff and Chief the Sports Board the Sport and Youth Organization in Mazandaran Province. The statistical Samples were equal to statistical population. To collect the data of Organizational structure of Stephen P. Robbins, entrepreneurship Sharifian and demographic questionnaires were used. The validity of questionnaires was confirmed by constructive comments of sport management professors, sports board staff and chief and their reliability determined by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.77 and 0.86 respectively. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics Kolmogorov-Smirnove test (KS-test), pearson correlation and linear regression. The results of this study indicated that there was a positive and significant relation between the Formalization components with entrepreneurship (r=0.318, p=0.001). The results of the linear regression analysis indicated that formalization subscale was found to just strong predictor of increase entrepreneurship. Therefore, according to the results authorities should pay attention to this factor as the most important factor in entrepreneurship.
