The Study Challenges of four Sections of Sport in Iran (A Delphi Study)

هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، مطالعه چالش‌هاي موجود در ساختار ورزش كشور بود. روش پژوهش از نوع توصيفي تحليلي مي‌باشد و از نظر هدف، از نوع مطالعات كاربردي مي‌باشد. روش جمع‌آوري داده‌ها شامل مطالعات كتابخانه اي، روش دلفي و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته مي‌باشد. روايي پرسشنامه به‌وسيله متخصصين تاييد و جهت تعيين پايايي پرسشنامه از روش آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده گرديد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل مديران وزارت ورزش و جوانان، هيات اجرايي و مديران آكادمي كميته ملي المپيك، روساي فدراسيون‌ها و اعضاي هيات علمي بودند. در اين پژوهش، نمونه تحقيق بهصورت تمام شمار تعيين شد كه از 302 پرسشنامه ارسالي براي جامعه تحقيق 238 پرسشنامه (79 درصد) واصل گرديد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آمار توصيفي و آزمون‌هاي استنباطي مانند آزمون كلموگروف اسميرنف، مقايسه ميانگين يك جامعه (t تك‌نمونه) و آزمون فريدمن استفاده گرديد. در اين پژوهش، چالش‌هاي دروني و بيروني (محيطي) هر يك از چهار بخش ورزش كشور (ورزش آموزشي، همگاني، قهرماني و حرفه‌اي) مشخص گرديد كه شناسايي اين نقاط قوت و ضعف‌هاي بر شمرده شده در اين پژوهش مي‌تواند به تدوين استراتژي‌ها و برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي راهبردي براي توسعه بخش‌هاي مختلف ورزش كمك نمايد.

The purpose of this study was to Study Challenges in the Structure of Sport in Iran. This research has been done by the analytical - descriptive method and in terms of the purpose, it is an applied study. The data has been collected by library and Delphi method and finally a researcher -made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was determined by professors and specialists in the field. Reliability by Cronbachʹs alpha Measured, The statistical population of the study consisted of managers of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the executive directors of National Olympic Committee and Academy Directors, heads of federations and faculty members. In this study, the sample was determined as equivalent to the research population and by counting all. Out of 302 questionnaires sent to members of the research population, 238 questionnaires were filled (79 percent). For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential tests including the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, comparison of the mean of the population (one sample t-test) and Friedmanʹs test were applied. The results showed inner and environmental challenges each part of Structure sports (educational sports, sports for all, championship sports and professional championship). In this research, it is possible to formulate the strategies and strategic planning to develop different sectors in sport.
