شناسايي معيارهاي ارزيابي عملكرد تدريس استادان با تاكيد بر آموزش مهندسي

Identifying Criteria for Evaluating Teaching Performance of Faculty Members with Emphasizing on Engineering Teaching

ارزشيابي مستمر از كيفيت تدريس استادان، تاثير به سزايي بر ارتقاي كيفيت آن ها دارد. نحوه اجراي ارزشيابي و معيارهايي كه براي ارزيابي استفاده مي شود به نوبه ي خود بسيار مهم است. در اين تحقيق ضمن بررسي روش هاي رايج براي ارزيابي كيفيت تدريس، معيارهاي جديدي پيشنهاد مي‌گردد. تحقيق حاضر سعي بر آن دارد تا با انتخاب افراد مورد مطالعه در رشته هاي فني و مهندسي از نظرات دانشجويان و استادان رشته هاي فني، در شناسايي معيارهاي ارزيابي تدريس استاد علاوه بر دروس نظري از عملكرد تدريس استاد در دروس كارگاهي، آزمايشگاهي و پروژه ها بهره ببرد و به اهدافي نو دست يابد. در ارايه معيارهاي جديد شاخص هاي معيارهاي مربوط به بررسي طرح درس، رفتار حرفه اي، سوالات امتحاني، رفتار اجتماعي، بررسي موردي از دانش آموختگان و عملكرد استاد در دروس كارگاهي، آزمايشگاهي، پروژه و پايان نامه هاي دانشجويي مد نظر قرار گرفت. براي شناسايي معيارهاي ارزيابي عملكرد تدريس استادان، تحقيق از نوع توصيفي - پيمايشي صورت گرفت. حجم نمونه شامل 340 نفر دانشجو و 106 نفر استاد بود كه نظرات آن ها در مورد معيارهاي ارزيابي كيفيت تدريس استادان جمع آوري شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها توسط نرم افزار spss نسخه 16 انجام شده است. نظرات استادان و دانشجويان با استفاده از اين نرم افزار پردازش گرديد. نتايج نشان مي دهد، از نظر استادان معيارهاي طرح درس، برنامه زمان بندي در جلسات كلاسي با رعايت سرفصل ها و از نظر دانشجويان ارايه جزوه درسي، پاسخ گويي به سوالات، استفاده از مثال هاي مناسب، ميزان مهارت هاي استاد در دروس عملي، ميزان مشاركت و سرپرستي پروژه ها و پايان نامه هاي دانشجويي از مهمترين معيارهاي ارزيابي كيفيت تدريس استادان است.

Continuous professorsʹ teaching quality evaluation has a great effect on their teaching quality progress. How to do an evaluation and criteria that are used to it, are really important. In this research, common methods for evaluating teaching quality are studied and new criteria were suggested. This research tries to select the statistical population among the engineering field and uses the students and professors’ idea to recognize the teaching evaluation criteria in theoretical lessons as well as project, laboratory and workshop lesson and come to new conclusions. In introducing the new criteria indexes including lessons plan, professional behavior, test questions, social behavior, case studies of the postgraduate and professorsʹ performances in workshop and laboratory lessons and studentsʹ projects and thesis are targeted. For identifying criteria of professorsʹ teaching performance evaluation, the research was a kind of descriptive-survey one. In this research, a statistic population including 340 students and 106 professors were selected as a sample group and their opinions about the criteria for evaluating the professorsʹ teaching quality were collected. Data was analyzed by SPSS version 16.0 software. The professors and students’ opinions were processed by using this software. The results indicate that for professors, criteria for lesson plan, scheduling in class session by following the book topics and for students, providing booklet, answering questions, using suitable examples, professor skill in experimental lesson, participation and supervision of projects and student’s thesis are the most important criteria for evaluating professorsʹ teaching quality.
