تاثير دوره هاي آموزشي فني در بهبود سطح مهارت كاركنان شبكه خدمات پس از فروش صنعت خودروسازي (مطالعه موردي: شركت سايپا يدك)

Effect of technical training courses on improving skill level of automobile production industry after sale services network personnel (case study: Saipa Yadak Organization)

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي تاثير دوره هاي آموزشي فني خدمات پس از فروش خودروسازي بر بهبود مهارت فراگيران شركت كننده در دوره ها انجام شده است. براي سنجش ميزان تاثير اين دوره ها 10 متغير شامل هفت توانايي پرسش از مشتري، شناخت سيستم ها، تشخيص ريشه عيب، اولويت بندي كنترل حدسها، كنترل ايرادات، رفع عيب و توانايي كنترل رفع عيب خودرو و همچنين، ميزان تحصيلات، جايگاه شغلي و نوع دوره هاي آموزشي بررسي شده است. روش تحقيق كاربردي و توصيفي و از نوع پيمايشي و همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري كليه فراگيران حاضر در دوره هاي مذكور در سال 1391 و 2670 نفر بودند. با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 1422 نفر آزمون شدند. ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه آزمون مهارت سنجي با هفت سوال بود. روايي محتواي پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرهاي استادان دانشگاه تاييد شد. ضريب پايايي پرسشنامه آزمون از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ 759/0 برآورد شد. براي اندازه گيري فرضيات از آزمونهاي ويكاكسون، من ويتني، كروسكال واليس و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون استفاده شد. نتايج به دست آمده از آزمونها نشان داد كه در كليه متغيرهاي هفت گانه، دوره هاي آموزشي سبب افزايش مهارت فني فراگيران شركت كننده در اين دوره ها مي شود و بين تحصيلات و افزايش نمره مهارت فراگيران رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد و نوع پست فراگير در نمايندگي در افزايش نمره مهارت فراگيران تاثير معنادار را مشخص كرد. بين تغيير نمرات مهارت سنجي دوره هاي آموزشي مختلف اختلاف معنادار مشاهده مي شد.

ABSTRACT- The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of automobile production after sale services technical training courses, on the improvement of trainees skills. In order to assess the effect of these courses, the following abilities of questioning the customer, systems recognition, root cause recognition, guesses control prioritizing, defects control, defects correcting, defect correcting control and also level of academic education, job position and type of training courses were assessed. The survey method is applied, descriptive, survey search and relationship. Research statistical community included 2670 participants who took part in these courses in 2012. Using Chocran formula, 1422 of personal were tested. The information collecting tool was a questionnaire which consisted of 7 questions. The validity of questionnaire content was approved by academic university lecturers and their opinions were taken into consideration. Also the questionnaire reliability was approved by using the Cronbachs Alpha (0.759) method. To measure the assumptions, Wilcox on, Kruskal-Wallis, Man Whitney and Pearson correlation test were used. The result indicated that in the first 7 abilities, the training courses resulted in the rise of participants technical skills. Also there was positive and significant correlation between academic educations and the rise in trainees skill marks. The relation between position in dealership and the rise in trainees skill marks revealed significant effect. The participants marks indicated significant difference in various skill evaluating courses.
