مطالعه روابط ميان عملكرد و برخي صفات فيزيولوژيك ارقام كلزاي بهاره

Study of relationships between yield and some physiological traits of spring rapeseed cultivars

به منظور ارزيابي رقم هاي كلزا از نظر ويژگي هايي چون زودرسي، مقاومت به خوابيدگي و هم‌چنين پتانسيل عملكرد بالا، هشت رقم كلزا در سال زراعي 85-1384 در موسسه تحقيقات برنج كشور در قالب طرح بلوك هاي كامل تصادفي در سه تكرار مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. نتايج تجزيه واريانس اختلاف معني‌داري بين ارقام از نظر تمام صفات مورد مطالعه نشان داد. مقايسه ميانگين عملكرد دانه رقم‌ها نشان داد كه رقم Hyola308 ، Hyola420 وRGS-003 به ترتيب با متوسط عملكردهاي 44/3، 01/3 و 84/2 تن در هكتار از رقم هاي ديگر برتر بودند. به‌طوري‌كه رقم Hyola308 نسبت به رقم 3-Syn يك برتري 62/52 درصدي داشت. از نظر زودرسي در بين ارقام مورد مطالعه، هيبريد Hyola330 نسبت به رقم ديررس504 Option، يك برتري 78/13 درصدي داشت. هم‌چنين بررسي اجزاي عملكرد دانه نيز نشان داد كه بيش‌ترين تعداد دانه در غلاف (23/26 دانه) مربوط به 3-Syn و بيش‌ترين تعداد غلاف در بوته نيز با 117 غلاف مربوط به رقم RGS-003 بود. عملكرد دانه با طول دوره گل‌دهي تا رسيدگي، همبستگي مثبت و معني‌دار و با صفت طول غلاف همبستگي منفي و معني‌دار داشت. بر اساس نتايج تجزيه مسير، صفت طول دوره گل‌دهي تا رسيدگي بيش‌ترين اثر مستقيم مثبت بر روي عملكرد دانه را داشت درحالي‌كه صفات طول غلاف و تعداد غلاف در ساقه اصلي اثر مستقيم منفي بر روي عملكرد دانه داشتند.

In order to evaluate the rapeseed cultivars regarding to the characteristics such as earliness, lodging resistance and also high yield potential, eight rapeseed cultivars were investigated in a randomized complete blocks design with three replications in Rice Research Institute of Iran in 2005-6 cropping year. Results of analysis of variance showed significant difference among cultivars regarding to all studied traits. The grain yield mean comparison of cultivars showed that cultivar Hyola308, Hyola420 and RGS-003, respectively, with average yields of 3/44, 3/01 and 2/84 tons per hectare were superior than the other cultivars so that the Hyola308 compared to Syn-3 had a superiority of a 52/62 percent. In terms of earliness among the studied cultivars, hybrid Hyola330 had a 13/78 percentage superiority than the Option504 delayed cultivar. Also, the investigation of grain yield components showed that the highest number of seeds per pod (26/23 seeds) was associated to Syn-3 and the highest number of pods per plant was related to the RGS-003 cultivar with 117 pods. Grain yield had a significant and positive correlation with flowering period duration to maturity and had a significant and negative correlation with pod length. According to the path analysis results, flowering period trait to maturity had the most direct positive effect on grain yield while traits the length of pod and pod number per main stem had a negative direct effect on grain yield.
